Studio La Duquesa<br>NEW! <br>Beautiful and cozy brand-new studio on the waterfront in the lively Port de la Duquesa on the Costa del Sol (Spain).<br><br>We’re excited to share our enchanting spot in this charming little harbor, which won us over the moment we stepped in. <br>This lovely one-bedroom apartment is perfect for two people and is located right in the heart of the harbor’s bustling bars and restaurants. Duquesa Beach is just a few steps away!<br><br>The apartment has just been renovated and furnished to a very high standard. All the furniture is new and modern and has been tastefully decorated in a “navy style.”<br><br>There’s a small balcony overlooking the harbor—perfect for enjoying the incredible views and the sun, which will accompany you all day long until sunset.<br><br>The apartment features a brand-new and very comfortable queen-size bed with a direct view of the sea. <br>In the hallway, there is a built-in closet with drawers and hangers.<br>The bathroom has a window overlooking the courtyard and features a pleasant and spacious shower.<br>You’ll enjoy the modern comforts you’d expect from your own home, including hot/cold air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and much more.<br><br>Wi-Fi available upon request.<br><br>Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio and is only permitted on the balcony.<br><br>Cleaning fee to be paid in cash upon arrival (€35).<br><br>Enjoy the surroundings while sipping a drink at one of the small cafés or dining at one of the many restaurants, and admire the colorful boats and yachts right outside your door.<br><br>In just a few minutes’ walk, both to the west and to the east, you’ll reach beaches with the characteristic “chiringuitos,” where you can rent two lounge chairs and a beach umbrella for just 8 € per day and enjoy a typical Spanish lunch or dinner right on the beach!<br><br>A short walk west of Puerto de la Duquesa lies the small fishing village of Castillo de la Duquesa, after which the marina is named. <br>The castle, built in 1767, is open to visitors and is often used for local exhibitions. <br><br>A short and pleasant walk eastward takes you to the beach at the fishing village of Sabinillas. <br><br>On the way from the beaches toward the mountains, you’ll find the famous white villages of Manilva, Casares, and Gaucin, all within an hour’s drive. <br><br>A 15-minute drive takes you to the coastal town of Estepona, one of the few that has retained its “pueblo” charm and character. <br>The numerous sidewalk cafés and tapas bars still serve traditional Spanish delicacies. In the “Old Town,” the steep, narrow alleys are pedestrian zones and adorned with multicolored flower pots. It’s a photographer’s delight.
