This quintessential Cape Cod Cottage is just a short walk down a quiet sandy road to a private Association Beach. The 3 bedroom, ranch style home with updated bathroom is the perfect spot to relax after a sunny, beach filled day.

The house includes a fully stocked kitchen and family room with flat screen TV/DVD/Blu Ray player/Cable and Wireless Internet. The sliding glass doors open up to a sunny deck and let the natural light pour into the home. 3 Bedrooms including 2 with Queen beds and oversized 3rd bedroom that includes 3 twin beds. Guests need to provide their own linens (sheets and towels are NOT provided)

The outside space includes a private back yard, a deck with picnic table to enjoy al fresco dining, several Adirondack chairs around the fire pit to sit and enjoy the starry night, as well as both a gas and a charcoal grill. Unwind in the large updated outdoor shower to rinse off when you return from the beach. Washer and dryer included in basement. Complimentary wagons provided to bring your beach chairs, coolers, and sand toys to the beach.

If you prefer a day at the ocean, The National Seashore is just a short 5 minute drive. Plenty to do to keep busy in the area including restaurants, a step back in time at the Drive-in Theatre, mini golf, hiking, biking on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, bird watching, golfing, and shopping. Everything you need is close at hand yet far enough away to get lost in Cape Cod.

We loved staying in this great cottage! Even nicer than the pictures and a short walk to the ocean. Very clean and well equipped! Loved the outdoor shower and fire pit! Had a lovely stay and only wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week away at this cottage. The open plan of the cottage was great, small yet comfortable for our family of 3 and our large pup. We wished our oldest and his partner could have joined as the space would have been perfect for us all. Communication was a breeze with Sarah and the walk to the association beach was at most 5 mins, and lovely; down a sandy lane and perfect for toting kids. And the low tides!!! Evenings around the fire pit and grilling outside were relaxing and fun. Washer/dryer in the basement were great, our only recommendation would be a new set of cooking knives for the kitchen as the ones available were very dull and we cooked at home a lot, but that was not the end of the world by any means. We hope to return soon!!

Cute cottage, great location

I booked the cottage for a long, autumn weekend. Itā€™s in a great location, on a quiet, sandy road just a five-minute walk to a private beach. The cottage feels more spacious than its 900 sq ft, and the property itself is large. Iā€™d love to come back in the summer to spend more time outdoors.

Delightful family vacation!

We loved this quiet, tucked away home on a dirt road! Close enough to walk to private Beach on the bay side. Out little ones loved exploring and digging during low tide and swimming during high tide. Great star gazing at night. Highly recommend to anyone looking to relax and unwind. We hope to come again!

Cozy beach cottage

This was the cutest beach cottage! It's on a quiet, private lane, a quarter mile walk from the beach, and perfectly situated to explore the National Seashore beaches. The house is cozy and super inviting. Even though there is only one bathroom, there is a great outdoor shower. The yard and gardens are beautiful, complete with fairy lights at night. We loved our stay and would love to come back sometime!

Super cute cottage!

This house was perfect for our family and pets! We vacation in Eastham every other year with our extended family and it was a great location, near the beach, and dog friendly. The outdoor shower and garden were an added bonus. Sarah was also a great host!

Ideal in Every Way!

We loved this adorable, well-appointed cottage and itā€™s easy access to a beautiful bayside private beach, where the sunsets were next level! The outdoor shower was the best (our friend took pics, so she can build her own). Our host, Sarah, was so helpful and communicative, and we felt very looked after. We will no doubt be back!

We really enjoyed our stay! It is small but cozy house with 3 decently sized bedrooms. Also, the house is a few minutes walk to a small beach which we enjoyed going to each day. Finally, the owner is very responsive and helpful!

Ideal for our Baby-Moon

You canā€™t beat the location and our host was fantastic. Short walk to the beach with the most incredible sunsets, nearby yoga on the beach, convenient to the bike trail, plenty of good spots to eat, and easy access to Ptown or the lower cape. Even our dog was spoiled by the easy access to the beach and didnā€™t want to leave. Definitely interested in returning in the future!

Lovely and welcoming cottage

We stayed with our 3 young children and had a wonderful time in this house. Its fully equipped with everything you need and a 5 minute walk to a private bay beach. We loved that it was so quiet and had a nice big yard for running around. Its close to get to anyplace you need. It was very relaxing and quiet. The owner was very available and accommodating. Our only regret was wishing we had stayed longer!

Great quiet family beach getaway place

Had a great stay here. House is on a private, quiet road with access to a private beach less than 1/4 mile away. House is dog friendly and has full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and outdoor shower. There is also a fire pit with chairs, small deck with couch, lounge chairs and picnic table. There is also washer/dryer and beach equipment in basement with storage for your bicycles. We rode our bikes to a nearby ice cream spot that isn't very busy (The Landing) and you can ride to the CC Rail Trail about 1.5 miles from house. Everything is as advertised and we would definitely come back again.

Cute cottage

This property was so cute! Bigger plot and bigger house than I thought. Directions for the keys was easy to follow. Finding the house was pretty easy, until the end our gps told us we arrived 2 houses before we actually did. The only downside was the listing said there was air conditioning and there actually wasnā€™t. We had a great time, and the cottage was perfect for us.
