170 m2 cottage with indoor whirlpool and a sauna located on 1120 m2 plot approx. 300 meters from good sandy beach. Large terrace of approx. 150 m2, which surrounds the whole house. Here there is garden furniture, covered terrace with outdoor kitchen. There is a large activity room with table tennis, table football and darts, where the whole family can hold internal competitions about e.g. the dishes. Two large bathrooms, one with whirlpool and sauna with infrared rays, which penetrate the body / joints / muscles and can have therapeutic effects. After an active day, you can get warm in the sauna. There is free internet and TV with international channels. The house has underfloor heating, which comes from green energy via air / air heat pump. There is a swing, trampoline professional ((used at your own risk / insurance), stand hammock, an outdoor kitchen which can be used from 1/4 - 1/11. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
