The apartment has all the comforts for a family's stay at any time of the year. In winter, the average temperature during the day is 20º, with sunshine almost at all times. All exterior, has plenty of light, also a small terrace and a solarium on the terrace above. For the summer season it has a storage room to store the personal belongings of the guests for the beach outside the apartment, under the access stairs. Near the reserve of Cabo Tiñoso, La Azohía is a paradise for diving enthusiasts. The beach is 400 m away and the complex has a few meters from the apartment of two communal areas for summer, or accessible only to residents, which is accessed with the key that we will leave, each has an adult pool and another for children. The food in this area is great, with beach bars on the beach in summer. Throughout the year there is a supermarket and several restaurants. The ancient city of Cartagena is 25 minutes away by car.
