This is the Perfect Vacation Get Away for you and your family! The 3,900 square foot home sleeps 8 and features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The level lot is nearly 4 acres, has its own peninsula, two sandy beaches, a Pavillion, a Gazebo, and a Covered Boat Slip that has a screened in porch, a swim/sunning deck and covered open air “room”. Bring your boat or jet ski and launch them from our concrete boat ramp. Do you prefer the sun, the shade or something in-between? No problem, the Gathering place offers all 3. This is one of the prettiest and most versatile properties on the lake. We are on the Private side, so boat traffic is much less than the Public Side. Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking on the property!!

There are plenty of water toys including a peddle boat, canoe, 2 single kayaks, 1 double kayak.

The house features 4 bedrooms, all of which have French doors leading to the covered deck or covered patio with unobstructed views of lake. The Main Level features a Master bedroom with private bath, 2 additional bedrooms, another full bath, Kitchen, Dining Room, 2 Living Rooms, and a Wet Bar with a high output Ice Maker and a Mini Fridge. The Lower Level Features 2 Bedrooms, Full Bath, and a Huge Family/Game Room with TV, Darts, Foosball, Board Games, lots of Puzzles and a Wet Bar with a Mini-Fridge. Croquet and Bocce Ball sets are available. Please note that the indoor stairs of this house are a spiral staircase. You can access the lower level of the house via normal stairs by going out the deck and down the stairs.

Off the Main level is a 20 FT deep covered deck that stretches across the entire length of the house. There is a Weber Gas Grill and two Large Picnic Tables as well as various outdoor furniture to kick back and relax in.

We have 3 TV’s connected to Dish Network. There is Unlimited internet via WiFi - Please note that the internet and phone coverage can be spotty at Lake Anna. We cook, as such, the kitchen is very well equipped with 3 coffee makers, many pots and pans, a food processor, 2 crock pots, electric frying pan, popcorn maker, over 30 dinner plates, lots of glasses, eating utensils, measuring cups and spoons and many other handy cooking utensils you won’t find in most vacation homes. There is an extra fridge and stand alone freezer in the attached garage.

10 minutes straight down the road to Food Lion, Chef Lee Chinese, Subway, Big Cheese Pizza, ABC store and Verizon store. Several other restaurants very close by.
