New Listing at Ocean Edge- Guest Passes Available

Enjoy a quiet and relaxing vacation in this ground level 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, featuring air conditioning in main living room. The kitchen in this condo was renovated in 2022, and the unit was freshly painted in early 2024.

Guest passes are available for purchase through Ocean Edge. We are golf members so our guests are able to book tee times at the OE Golf Course (subject to availability). This condo is located in Eaton Village and is about ½ mile from the Arbor pool (outdoor pool with bar/snack shack) and less than ½ mile to the Fletcher Pool (indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie pool, snack shack). See below for 2024 cost and description of guest passes.

The 935 square foot condo contains and open living/dining room with a full size sofa bed, love seat, flat-screen smart TV with WiFi. There is a full bathroom located off of the living room. The two bedrooms each have a smart TV. Please note that is 2024 we cut the cord with traditional cable and will have Wifi throughout the condo and smart TVs in living room and bedrooms.

The kitchen was renovated in 2022- contains a stacking washer/dryer and comes with all necessary appliances and utensils - microwave, Keurig coffee-maker (bring your own K-cups), toaster and dishwasher. Off the living room through a large sliding glass door is a private patio with table, chairs and a two burner gas grill.

The master bedroom (with second full bathroom) has a large closet, new 42-inch Smart TV (no cable), queen-sized bed, two night-stands and a dresser. There is no AC in the bedrooms, but each has fans.

Bath towels (four bath towels, four hand towels, four wash cloths) and bed linens are provided.

If guest passes are purchased through OE, pool towels are provided by the resort for use at poolside. Please bring your own beach towels if you plan to visit any local beaches during your stay.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Pets are also not allowed.

As Golf Club Membership owners our guests are able to book tee times at the Ocean Edge Golf Course. We are able to offer our guests the option to obtain passes to the Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, Mansion Fitness Center and all scheduled activities as listed in the Ocean Edge Activities Guide, along with use of the Ocean Edge shuttle service. The condo is located in Eaton Village and is less than ½ mile from the Fletcher Pool and Tennis Center which contains both an indoor and outdoor pool along with a separate kiddie pool for small children. The Arbor pool, which is an outdoor pool with a bar and snack shack, is also about ½ mile away.

Pool passes are purchased directly through Ocean Edge at $20 daily or $70 per week for adults and $10 daily or $30 per week for children (2016 rates- may be changed). The passes DO NOT include access to the private beach. However, there are several local public beaches and public golf courses within a short drive away. Tennis courts are also available at Ocean Edge, but there is a fee for court rental. During the summer, activities for families are offered several times weekly. Day activities (some may require fees) are offered for kids five days a week. The resort also has restaurants, all located on the route of the shuttle service.

The Captain’s Golf Course is a public course located a short drive away.

Weekly bookings only during Summer season (Saturday to Saturday).

Sponsored Guest Pass Policies
2024 Sponsored Guest Policy
Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club is a private club with resort amenities on Cape Cod. As such, in order to enjoy the Club facilities, you must be sponsored by a Member of the Club. The credentials that have been issued identify you as a Sponsored Guest (unaccompanied guest) of a member. As the guest of a member, you have access to a variety of amenities and activities around the property. Guest cards must be kept with you at all times as they represent your identification as a guest of a member and serve as your access key for the Club.

The Sponsored Guest Cards that you have been provided are encoded with your name, local address and dates of stay that the member has previously submitted to Membership Services. Additional guest cards will not be issued without the expressed authorization of the member, and only guests with proper credentials will be permitted access to the Club amenities. Each guest must present a valid guest card for entry into the Club recreational amenities.

Sponsored Guest Passes include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children's Activities throughout the Villages as listed in the Ocean Edge Activities Guide.

**Please note the Membership Desk does not accept cash, and a credit card is required for payment of passes. Sponsored Guests DO NOT have charging privileges and must carry a form of payment for purchases made throughout the property.

Guests may pick up their Sponsored Guest Passes at the Membership Desk located inside the Linx Clubhouse across from Arbor Village. The Membership Desk is open Wednesday - Sunday between 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
