Modern Villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms close to the beach

The villa Oceola is only 3 minutes walk from the beach of Benerville-sur-mer with it's famous beach clubs : "les Ammonites", "Sunset Beach" and "La Folie Douce".
There is a bakery around the corner and a Carrefour Supermarket five minutes walk away.
The Clairfontaine Horse Racecours is only a few minutes walk away.
Deauville center can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes walk by the sea or in a few minutes by car.

The villa was recently renovated with high-quality materials.

Ground floor

The kitchen is equipped with quality devices like a fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave and five gas stoves.
Furthermore it contains a toaster, water heater, hand blender and a "Nespresso" coffee machine.

An extra room is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and an iron.

The cozy living room contains two large sofas and two armchairs. The modern TV has French pay TV stations.
There is a large dining table wich seats up to ten persons.

The first bedroom has two single beds (90×200) wich can be converted to one king size bed. The room has a direct access to the garden wich can be locked by a key.

The bathroom is next to the room and has a shower, toilet and sink.

First floor

The stairs lead to an hallway and a small living space with two armchairs wich leads to an access to a large, private and sunny terrace.

The second bedroom has a king size bed (180x200), a direct access to a balcony and the garden, an en
suite bathroom with double sink, toilet and a large shower.

The third bedroom has a king size bed (180x200) and direct access to a balcony and the garden.

The fourth bedroom is a very calm, large room with a king size bed (180×200) as well.

The third and fourth room share a large bathroom with double sink, toilet and bathtub.

The Garden

You will find a terrace with a dining table wich seats up to ten persons and a barbecue. All surrounded by exotic plants.

There are two parking spots (one behind the other). The garden is fenced and has an electric gate.

You will be hosted by Delphine, who grew up in the region and can give you lots of useful information.
She is familiar with the horse racing scene and speaks French and English. She also has basics in German and Spanish.
