Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, FL, this lovely townhome is in the La Terrazza community, which has a large shared pool and private beach access. Plus, all the best shopping and dining options are close by along the beach. The city of Pensacola is about 56 miles west, while recreation at Topsail Hill State Park is only six miles east.
Inside, a spacious living area provides an open concept for effortless entertaining with the whole group. Elegant coastal decor, contemporary finishes, and comfortable furniture create an inviting atmosphere - complete with a flatscreen cable smart TV, DVD player, and complimentary WiFi.
The gourmet kitchen features restaurant-quality stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of space to maneuver. Cook up a feast for the whole family or crew from this fully equipped kitchen.
For dining, there are four bar stools at the kitchen counter for casual meals and snacks. Next to the kitchen, you'll also find a dining table with seating for eight. The next room is a bunk room designed to sleep five - complete with an attached large bathroom. This room has a custom twin-over-full bunk bed with a full-size trundle bed underneath.
The last upstairs bedroom is the luxurious master suite, where you'll find a king-size bed, spacious walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired bathroom with a large stone shower. With a private washer/dryer and central A/C throughout the townhouse, you can enjoy all the conveniences of home.
Step outside and walk right on over to the beach - the community has private access so you can indulge in a relaxing day out in the sun and sand. From kite surfing and snorkeling to swimming and fishing, there's something for everyone in this tropical beach town. For local amenities, you'll find plenty of dining and shopping options nearby at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets and along Grand Boulevard. More options are only a short drive away in Destin and along Scenic Highway 30A.
Head over to Top Sail Preserve State Park about six miles away for lots of outdoor recreation. You'll find freshwater fishing in the amazing dune lakes, plus more than three miles of secluded white sand beaches and sand dunes up to 25 feet tall.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
