Newly remodeled 1 bedroom. 1 full bath, Sleeps 6. (4 Adults and 2 children) Adjustable Beauty Rest Queen bed and queen sleeper sofa with 2 bunk beds. New cabinets and granite counter tops, Tile back splash, with colorful insert, full size stainless steel appliances, popcorn maker and FREE Wi-Fi and NETFLIX's in the living room. A small safe is free for you to store valuables. Balcony over looks a tropical pool setting, hot tub with gulf view. 42 inch flat screen in living room, 32 in bedroom, 2 blue ray players. A security guard at the gate and complex is fenced. Now just relax at the pool and the private beach access is just steps away!!

We really enjoyed this property and would love to come back again. It’s right on the beach and the owners are amazing. Great communication! We arrived and then a hurricane hit and the power went out, but the owners were very understanding and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place for a great family vacation .

Best views and relaxing trip

The owners were prompt and attentive to questions and the property was very clean. The grounds are impeccably kept and the staff are super nice. The pools and hot tubs were just perfect and, even though we had rough surf, the beach was so soothing. We loved being able to get up and have coffee and make breakfast. There's a great grocery nearby, but also some great restaurants. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate us and we look forward to visiting again.

Excellent Stay!

Excellent stay! My wife and I were very impressed with the condo condition and cleanliness. Location was nice and right on the beach and enjoyed the view. Check in and check out was a breeze. Included everything we could’ve needed for cooking and daily living during our stay. Less than 10 minute drive to Galveston made it easy to get to and from. We loved the memories we were able to make and would love to come back soon!

Just enough space without being cramped.

Great! Pool staff was especially helpful. Beach was right there and showers were a great touch. Elevator was extremely slow. The unit above was awake and on the move our last night. Could here them stomping until 400am.

Perfect stay right on the beach!!!

This condo is just perfect for a stay at the beach. My mom and I stayed for a few days for some mom/daughter time and we loved it so much. The location is perfect, the condo was clean, great size, and had everything we needed. We got groceries on the trip down and that was it! We loved the pool, the hot tubs, and the access right to the beach. Not to mention the amazing view of the pool, beach and water right from the balcony!!! The owner is also a pleasure to work with. We are already planning our next stay here. Cannot wait! Stay here...you will not be disappointed :-).

Girls Trip

We had a great time and the property was perfect! The beach access made the stay! The only issue we had was with the security guard. The first guy (day time security) told us we were allowed to place our parking pass on our dash because my rear-view mirror wouldn't hold it. However, when we came in that night after dinner, the other guy (night security) told us that it had to be on the rear-view mirror, or "he would give us a ticket....and he loves to write people tickets". I thought this was a little rude and unnecessary.

Great place to stay!

Right on the Gulf. Condo was very clean and close to everything. Would come back. My only real suggestion would be to offer beach towels and chairs for people flying into the area that can't bring their own. Would rent again if we come back to Galveston.

Always a great stay on the island

I’ve been staying at the Seascape since I was a kid. It’s great to be able to now bring my kids with me and have them experience everything Galveston’s has to offer. Nice Stay

We have stayed at two other rental properties in Galveston and we liked this location with direct access to the beach better than any other place we’ve stayed before. The property was also well maintained and the condo was clean and had plenty of towels for us. We were actually all able to sit down and eat together with a table and bar seating, when many other beach condos are too small for this. We would definitely rent again!

Great lication

This condo was right off the beach, no need to cross a busy road. The pool was very clean with lots of umbrellas and chairs. There were a lot of families with kids all of all ages. Our condo was on the oil side and we did not hear noise at night from those in the pool. Entry to the condo was an easy code lock. Another code got us into the pool and allowed beach access. When I have another trip to Galveston I will see if this spit is available to rent as it was ideal!!

Amazing and clean

We were able to do early check in. Walked into a super clean condo with the smell of clean Clorox. Everything was awesome! Kevin the gate guard was amazingly helpful and always on the job to make sure we were all safe and belonged there, as all of the guards were. Being on the sea/beach side was super helpful. We had 6 kids ranging from 5-11, and I couldn’t imagine having to wrangle them all up to get across the busy street to get to the beach if we hadn’t chosen SeaScape. If I had to come up with any complaints it would be the pool patrol. He seemed to be in everyone’s business and was very strict with the kiddos. Over all it was an amazing stay and we will be back!

Family Fun at the Condo!

We had a delightful visit in David's place! The condo is lovely and even though it is small, it had plenty of living and sleeping space. The breezes and sounds from the gulf were magnificent to listen to. Having a lunar eclipse was a nice bonus! We will definitely be returning!
