Spacious and sunny recent house of 140 m², on a large plot of 1300m², located close to the beaches, shops in Trébeurden, near Ploumanac'h, elected "favorite village of the French" in 2015. <br>The house has all the necessary comfort for a relaxing family stay with a very large living room of 40 m². The house is classified 3 stars in the category of furnished tourist accommodation. <br><br>On the first floor,<br>- The large living room is bathed in light thanks to the large bay windows giving access to the south-facing terrace. In this room, sofas are available. A large table allows you to share a meal.<br>- The kitchen is adjacent and is equipped with the necessary equipment for cooking: oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, small blender, coffee maker, Tassimo, electric kettle, toaster<br>- A bedroom with double bed and bathroom with walk-in shower<br>- Separate toilet<br>- Access through the kitchen, to the laundry room with washing machine and access to the garage (Ping Pong table available) <br><br>On the first floor:<br>- mezzanine with a rest bench<br>- 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds<br>- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds<br>- 1 bathroom with shower<br>- 1 WC<br><br>1km away, the family-friendly beach, facing south, of Pors-Mabo welcomes you.<br>Shops are also located 1km away. (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, doctors, supermarket...)<br><br>Trébeurden has several beaches, a marina and a water sports centre. In Tresmeur, it is possible to reach the island of Milliau on foot at low tide. On the way back, you can greet Father Trébeurden on the Castel.<br>Many activities are possible nearby: beaches, fishing on foot, water sports, hiking, boat tours of the 7 islands or the island of Bréhat, horse riding, golf, planetarium, radome, aquarium, thalassotherapy, forum of the sea, castles, entertainment for children in summer, restaurant and bar outings...<br>A sports field is located 10 minutes walk from the house. (football field, basketball court, street work out...)<br>You can also rent bikes for half a day or a week through the services of the tourist office. The house is located on the Vélo Maritime and many other circuits are possible. <br><br>We can be reached by phone.
