The Dandy on the Hill in Amfiklia| consists of 2 buildings: A two storey traditional residence of Roumeliotikos Mansion: Passithea 150sqm | 6 persons capacity and a separate self-contained guesthouse under the name Daphne 50sqm capacity 3 persons on the same plot with shared garden.

Situated at the highest point of the village, on the road to the Parnassos Ski Resort - just 17 km away, with amphitheatric views of the village of Amfiklia . Surrounded by lush green trees, full of colors and aromas of nature, Dandy on the hill is an ideal destination for those seeking total relaxation or tranquility, or for those who love adventure, seeking the excitement of the mountain and are an inexhaustible lover of winter.Rustic style warm, safe, nice, cocoon-like. Large groups can combine the 2 buildings together, which can accommodate 9 people in total or even stay at the Passithea or Daphne Guesthouse.

The Pasithea consists of 2 floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the upper floor where access is made from the internal staircase there is a bedroom with 2 bunk beds where it can accommodate 4 persons, 1 bedroom with a double bed where can accommodate 2 persons, an independent bathroom and finally a living room with a fireplace to You receive the warmth of the fireplace together with a cup of hot tea with lemon and honey for the ultimate taste. On the upper floor it is worth coming to one of the 2 large balconies from where you can admire the absolute view of the area. Downstairs there is a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen in the same area, 1 living room with another fireplace and a bathroom. Pasithea meaning pan-divine, she was the fairy of relaxation and tranquility. According to tradition was one of the 50 fairies of Mythology ,which fairies were special proud for their beauty. So inspired by the history and the magic of the place, we could not describe the property less than Pasithea.

Pasithea mansion , respecting the tradition and the history of the place, has retained the local
of the residences. The rustic style is warmer, safe, sympathetic, and reminiscent of a cocoon. Wood, old metals, old furniture, original materials and decoration with a strong element of the village, warm each corner, with details in shades of red, green, plaid, woven, handmade carpets, cooking utensils hung in the kitchen that remind A nostalgic time. The yard area an area of 300 sq. m is a single space garden with trees, various plants and herbs that thrive in the region of Parnassus. OTHER NOTES
1-During the winter there is a chance of heavy snowfall in the area. For your comfort and safety please check the weather before arriving. Make sure you have in the car the necessary chains for your safe movement of cash if access to an ATM is not feasible. If you are taking any medication make sure you have the necessary amount for urgent cases.
2-Upon arrival, a partner will be waiting for you to hand over the keys to the house and tell you about its functions. It may also suggest some activities and places to visit. Our presence is very discreet, however, we are always at your disposal for anything you need. (whatsapp / viber)
3-If you wish to use the fireplace, please let us know to provide the appropriate quantity. (wood for fireplace is charge per bag). For your safety make sure the flame is completely extinguished before leaving the house. The supervision and safety of minors is your responsibility.
