Take your Sun Valley vacation to the next level at Horizons 4 in the heart of Ketchum. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Horizons 4 vacation condo is in a prime location with amazing vacation amenities including a year round hot tub and sauna, a community games room, and a heated swimming pool for the summer months.

Your location puts you only blocks to shopping, dining and entertainment in downtown Ketchum, a short walk to the River Run ski lifts and bike path, and just steps from the shuttle bus to explore all the Sun Valley area has to offer.

Step inside and you're welcomed with 1,000 sq feet of well-appointed interiors and all the comforts and conveniences of home. The living area is open plan with a gorgeous gas rock fireplace for winter warmth, a flat screen TV for movie nights, and plenty of space to relax and switch to vacation time. The kitchen is fully-equipped for home-cooked meals with seating for 4 at the breakfast bar and a formal dining area for 6 guests.

Step outside to a private, furnished undercover patio complete with an outdoor dining table and BBQ grill for the warmer Sun Valley seasons. The patio is steps from the communal pool, hot tub, sauna, and games room.

The hallway leads down to 2 spacious guest bedrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, matching nightstands, a dresser and a seating area. The private ensuite bathroom features a walk in shower. The second bedroom has two twins that can easily be converted to a king for a couple, on prior request. This bedroom has use of the bathroom across the hall with a vanity area and bath/shower combo.

Perfect Location, Comfortable Stay

This condo was perfect for our ski trip to Sun Valley. Easy walk to food and grocery stores. Nice fireplace to dry ski gear and perfectly comfortable living space to lounge at after skiing. Thanks for the stay!

Easy Sun Valley/Ketchum spot

This was a great find for a last minute getaway to Sun Valley. The free shuttle with multiple stops within a 2min walk made it very convenient.

Convenient location

Walking distance to everything ...restaurants, groceries, wood river trail, hiking on Baldy. Property manager very responsive! Broken coffee carafe was replaced very same morning. Nice stay!

Next to the mountain, lacks basic maintenance

Property is not located where the map dot implies. It's two further blocks from town. Located one stop from Bald Mountain - that was great!. Condo was warm and generally clean. Significant ingrown mold in both shower and tub. Also in hall sink. Microwave has cracked door. Coffee pot has broken lid. Recliner chair completely broken. You can hear every pipe/water flush from this condo, as well as the one above. every step, toilet flush, and shower, was heard loud and clear from upstairs. dining room lights dimmed when using microwave. That said, it was dry, warm, easy to access, the master bed was comfortable, baseboard heaters worked well, and we were able to generally enjoy our trip to Ketchum.

Fantastic stay in Sun Valley

What a fantastic property! Location was perfect, very close to River Run lodge and very close to downtown Ketchum. The check-in process was seamless, and the unit was perfect, matching the pictures and description exactly. We'd gladly stay again!!!!

Stayed for a month and didn't want to leave. Condo was well equipped with everything you would need. Clean and location is perfect for skiing and anything else you'd want to do in and around Ketchum. Hot tub is conveniently located just across the way and washers & dryers too. Very cozy condo.

My overall experience was outstanding! The rental was an easy walk to everything - the ski hill, the running trails, the bars/restaurants, the grocery store, and any shopping you might want to do. You definitely do NOT need a car if you stay here. And, if you think some things are a little too far for a walk, you can always take the free bus or grab a Lyft. The particular unit I rented was average quality - which was exactly what I wanted! That part was perfect! If you need fancy countertops and state of the art bathroom facilities, you should rent a different unit from Michael. Michael and his team were very nice and super responsive. Any questions I had were answered nearly immediately via text or with a quick phone call. The only negative was that the washing/drying machines take change only. No credit card option. Also, no change machine on site. So, I had to walk to the 3 blocks to the grocery store to get change. Oh, and the only reason why the check in experience was 4 and not 5 stars was that I didn’t know the address ahead of time. A quick phone call fixed that issue and the rest of the process was a breeze. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend the unit I stayed in for my extended family (like my brother, his family, my sister, and my parents) because they like to rent lame, super expensive places. It is perfect for me and my wife and kids, though! THERE ARE NO LIFT LINES AT SUN VALLEY! Best part of the trip!

This condo is perfect for 2 -4 people. The location is in a fabulous location both for walking into Ketchum or to the ski lifts. Michael, the landlord, is great to work with & is very accommodating.

Ski Wedding Event

Two adults stayed in this unit for 6 nights and it met our needs very nicely. I was pleased that the unit was so warm and cozy when I arrived on the first evening. It was conveniently located to downtown Ketchum and to the ski lifts at River Run. You can walk to the nearest parking lot and ride a shuttle the last bit of the way if you want. There were ample dishes and cookware provided in the kitchen. On the one area I had a question about the property Michael responded very promptly to my issue. The unit was exactly the way it was pictured in the vrbo listing. The master bedroom was very roomy although the bathroom off that room was quite small, but fine. The bunk beds would be better suited for children. In our case a tall adult was in that room and did not find the bed very comfortable. I would consider booking it again and recommending it to friends.

Convenient location and friendly complex

Great community complex and perfect location. Only concerns were no A/C, which was tough in August, and the master bathroom toilet would not stop running after flushing unless you waited to jiggle the handle. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our time and would return (in cooler months :).

A nice clean property with everything we needed. Great location. Could ride straight from the condo to the trails or downtown. Perfect place for our family of four since everyone had their own bed and having two bathrooms was a plus.
