Just a short stroll from Coverack's lovely beach, and with a courtyard garden looking straight out to sea, Prospect House is equally suited to families or couples looking for a romantic setting for their Cornish escape. The South West Coast Path is directly accessed through a gate at the property and Coverack's water sports centre is very close by with its excellent wind surfing, sailing and diving opportunities.
Prospect House has been fully renovated and is packed with original character alongside modern amenities and tasteful furnishings. The inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove in the dining room creates a cosy retreat in all seasons and a separate sitting room is fully equipped with a Smart television and DVD player for nights in. Both rooms have lovely sea views to Chynhalls Point and beyond. A well-equipped kitchen is complemented by a useful utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, so you can keep on top of those sandy costumes. The large utility room also provides a storage area for wetsuits and beachwear.
All three bedrooms are upstairs (two of them with sea views) along with a family bathroom and separate shower room. Bedroom three has a single bed with pull-out trundle bed for a sixth guest.
Outside, the courtyard garden is at the front of the property, looking straight out to sea. A grassed area is accessed via a gate along with the South West Coast Path, providing wonderful coastal walks straight from the house.
Additional Information: One well behaved dog welcome (small additional charge). Travel cot and highchair available on request. A complimentary starter pack will be awaiting for you on your arrival containing fresh coffee, tea, sugar, fresh milk and scones.

Winter Weekend break
Delightful and cosy. Very near to the harbour and the coast path. Very comfortable and good cooking facilities. Amazing views.

A wonderful stay in a wonderful place
An excellent cottage in an excellent location with a view of the ever changing ocean from most windows. Very quiet and only minutes walk into tiny town/village. Beautiful walks right out the door. Very comfortable with two double bedrooms and one smaller single with roll out trundle. Fully fitted kitchen. Wood burning stove. An amazing private deck overlooking the sea, plus a terrace outside the front door with magnificent views and a sun trap. Gorgeous! Clean. Thoughtful welcome package. Lots to see and do in the area. Coverack is special.

60th Birthday get away.
Booked secretly by my tremendous partner Tracey, for a birthday getaway. This place was incredible !. I dearly love Cornwall, and Prospect Cottage ticked all the boxes.
The location was un-believable, and the view (when the mizzle stopped) was awe inspiring. You could imagine Jack Sparrow ambling up the path in the evening with wood smoke in the air, and Gulls calling lol.
Prospect cottage is a credit to Matthew and his team. If you stay here you'll want for nothing, irrespective of the weather. This place is so comfortable, cosy, and immaculately presented. I'd buy it, if I had more than a thrupenny bit and a conker to my name ha ha.

Return to our favourite cottage & location
It was a pleasure to return to a house we have known for ten years, during which time it has been sensitively modernized. Its location is unusual (no direct road access) and therefore tranquil and its vistas uninterrupted. We have already booked for next year.

A great place to stay
Wonderful sea views, a beautiful house and only a few minutes walk from the harbour. Only downsides are the back garden is locked and out of bounds as is the decking below the small front garden. Also it's a long walk with luggage from the car to the house.

Gorgeous!
We absolutely loved Prospect House. Sitting in the garden looking out at the sea was so relaxing and just a short stroll into the village. The beds were so comfortable and quality linens and appliances really made the house so comfortable. We definitely intend to go back.

Wake up to the sunrise each over the sea!
The most perfect cottage in a stunning location in the cutest fishing village. We had beautiful weather on a few of the days and sat over looking the water, drank a few Korev Lagers, perfection. If you are looking for a quiet place to escape with views of the water... Look no further!
My only gripe is the King bed slopes in the middle, please let us know if you rectify this and we will book again immediately!

Ground Floor: Accessed via a stable door into porchway. Dining/living room With an inglenook fireplace, wood burning stove, dining area and a window seat. Uninterrupted sea views. Kitchen Well equipped with oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Sitting room With Smart television, DVD player and sea views. Utility room A large room with storage for wetsuits etc, washing machine, tumble dryer and drinks fridge. Cloakroom With wash basin and WC.
First Floor: Bedroom one With a king-size bed and sea views. Bedroom two With a double bed and sea views. Bedroom three With a single bed and pull-out trundle bed, plus a monitor with HDMI. Family bathroom With bath, wash basin and WC. Shower room With shower cubicle and wash basin.
Outside Courtyard garden to the front with garden furniture, barbecue and sea views. Gated access to a grassed area and the South West Coast Path. Parking for one car, further free parking is available throughout Coverack. Please note that the final approach to the house is by foot, either from the parking area then approximately 100 metres down an unmade lane at the side of the property, or a minute's walk along the path at Sunny Corner, if you choose to be dropped off on the way to the parking space.
