Welcome to Minnie, our cozy apartment located on the first floor of a modern building with only 9 residential units, in the heart of Gardone Riviera. The perfect choice for a relaxing holiday on Lake Garda.
The Apartment
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests (including infants and children) and features:
2 double bedrooms
A comfortable living room with Smart TV, sofa, and dining table
A fully equipped kitchen
1 bathroom with shower and hairdryer
A second bathroom with toilet, washbasin, and washing machine
A spacious furnished balcony with a table, chairs, and an outdoor sofa, perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch, or simply relaxing outdoors
Since 2025, the apartment has been fully air-conditioned, with two air conditioning units: one located in the living room and the other in the hallway between the two bedrooms, ensuring a cool and comfortable temperature throughout the apartment during the summer months.
Rooftop Swimming Pool
During the summer season, you can relax in the beautiful shared rooftop swimming pool while enjoying breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Garda.
Each apartment has 2 reserved sun loungers in the solarium area, ensuring maximum comfort during your relaxing days by the pool.
Please note: Wearing a swimming cap is mandatory.
Ideal Location
Spiaggia Casinò beach is approximately 500 metres away and can be reached with a pleasant 10-minute walk.
Nearby you will find supermarkets, shops, cafés, restaurants, and all essential services. The apartment is also an excellent base for exploring Lake Garda and its beautiful surroundings.
