Perfect home base for game weekend or just a long weekend with family in Manhattan! Neighborhood was quiet and noise from other apartments was minimal. Great patio space as well. Always enjoy staying in the Heritage Suites!

Manhattan stay

The condo was great. It was very clean, instructions were clearly posted, communication with the host was very efficient, and the condo had many small amenities such as plenty of garbage bags, dishwashing detergent, dish soap, shampoo and paper products. This is greatly appreciated. Oh, and a good supply of coffee!! I highly recommend this listing.

Newly renovated

Very well appointed and remodeled apartment building. Easy access to the building. Quiet area. It is an older building but the unit is modern. If you are going to campus you definitely need a car Park across the street looks like it will be aerse when that consthlruction is complete

K-State Baseball

Came for the weekend to watch K-State Baseball. The location was right down the road from Tointon Family Stadium. The apartment was clean and spacious. We will stay at this property again. The directions to the laundry room could be a little more clear

Wonderful!

Great location! First floor convenience! Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Communication was easy and check-in was a breeze. The Apt was clean and really nice! Parking lot was full but we snagged last spot both nights we stayed. There is parking in the street however if needed.

Family visit

The location of this apartment is great for getting to the various parts of Manhattan, but is extremely quiet and has virtually no traffic. The space is well maintained, very clean, well appointed, and the beds and bedding are excellent.

Great Property on west side of Manhattan.

There are no hotels on the west side of Manhattan. This was a great choice as it is less than two miles from the golf course where our son was playing in a tournament. It was also very spacious and accommodating for our small dog. Would definitely go back again.

Short stay

Everything was great. I do wish there were a few more channels on the TV…maybe something we could have watched a movie on. But ultimately not a huge deal. We enjoyed ourselves.

The apartment was good as usual. I bought a bulb for the refrigerator - it was burnt out when we got there. Also, FYI, the ceiling vent in the south bedroom is hanging. I think the screw is missing. ??

Best place to stay in Manhattan

This was our first time using VRBO and staying at Heritage Suites and it turned out to be an outstanding experience. Suite 15 overlooks Cico park which is directly across the street. It was a 5 min walk to the dog park which made it easy for me to provide recreational time for dog, Margie. Additionally, the entire property is surrounded by pet friendly and well maintained green space which not only is great for pet owners, it gives the property an aesthetically pleasing appearance. It’s a wonderful atmosphere to just chill and relax for a few days and the green painting and classic look of the buildings blends well with the adjoining green space of the property and the park itself. The interior of the suite was welcoming upon arrival. Especially after staying in stale smelling hotels while traveling across the country. The suite smelled nice upon entering; everything was need, clean, and organized; it felt like being home; it was a wonderful home away from home. No words can possibly describe enough how great of a host Tara is. Her friendliness, timeliness in responding to our inquiries and commitment to assisting us during our stay is a shining example of exemplary customer service. It is for that reason when we come to Manhattan again, we will seek out the same location. Because we know what to expect and we know that every time we come here we’re going to have a great experience thanks to Tara who is a fabulous host. Thank you Tara, you’re the best!

Great place to stay when visiting Manhattan family

Comfortable, clean , great location. Older property but apartment was very nice. Everything you need for a home away from home when visiting Manhattan. We have stayed here several times and would do so next visit, too. Easy host communication!

Kansas State weekend

Check in process was very easy. The interior of the property was almost exactly what was shown in the listing. The unit is very nice--updated, clean, comfortable beds, space to move around, equiped kitchen. The propery appears to be in an apartment complex rather than condo complex. This is fine but the exterior of the property requires some maintenance. We were worried about the property when we pulled up but once inside everything was exactly as described. The complex felt safe and was quiet. The location was convenient--close enough to campus but far enough that the property did not seem to be full of students. We had a small maintence issue and they maintenance guy was there within an hour. We requested a late check out and did not get a response despite emailing and calling all of the contact numbers. To avoid a fine, we chose to just leave as scheduled. We were still loading the car at 11:00 when the entry code changed--resuling in us getting locked out with our last load of my purse and our computers inside the unit. We called the emergency number repeatedly but could not get a response. We ended up having neighbor climb the balcony to get us back in! (Fortunately the sliders were open!). Tara was very apologetic and was open to our suggestions for how to prevent this in the future. We really liked this property and were disappointed with this issue--fortunately the response to our difficulties was appropriate and we plan to stay here again!

Face it, you can be anywhere in Manhattan in 10 minutes. Everything is close. Why not have a full park across the street with walking trails, tennis, events, county fair, Rodeo, pool and much more. Great soundproofing, nicely updated unit. Contemporary furniture with an eye to upscale everything. All the coffee you can drink from a Keurig machine.
