The villa has been completely renovated to an exceptionally high standard and offers swimming pool, air conditioning, wifi, TV, private parking and entertainment including table football and a pool table.

The grounds are entered via electric gates and there is parking for two cars. The villa is laid out over two floors. The ground floor comprises a furnished hallway leading to the modern kitchen with many appliances and features including filtered water, dishwasher, american fridge freezer & featured lighting.



A separate Utility room is accessed off the hallway and includes a washing machine and ironing facilities. A wide range of jigsaws, board games etc for all ages are also stored here.



Leading off from the kitchen is the covered naya which is fully furnished for al-fresco dining and BBQs. There is also table football in the naya.



Off the hallway is the entertainment room / dining room, it is modern and well furnished. It boasts air conditioning, fireplace, TV, internet and a comfortable sofa. It can be used as a dining room or a pool room. There are books to read, a music system and a games console. There is a DVD player, with english DVD's to watch, there are also lots of CDs, and PlayStation games. This leads out to one of the furnished patios .

Also on the ground level are the three bedrooms, two with twin beds that can be locked together to form king size beds and a double bedroom. Each bedroom has built in wardrobes, feature lighting, air conditioning and an en- suite shower bathroom.The master bedroom leads out onto the patio with a few steps down to the pool area. There is also a cloakroom with a toilet and a wash hand basin.



In the center of this lovely home is the feature staircase leading up to the mezzanine which is furnished as a lounge area with a large corner leather sofa . There are picture windows on this floor which afford stunning views of the beautiful Calpe Rock ( or the Penon De Ifach) which rises 322 meters above the Meditrranean sea. The lounge is air conditioned and has patio doors leading onto the furnished balcony. .

The villa has full air conditioning, mosquito blinds at the bedroom windows and the cloakroom window, specialist lighting throughout and an internal music system.



The 8m x 4m pool is flood lit and has pool lighting and is stunning at night time..
Outside the villa there are terraces with sun beds, tables, chairs, BBQ and sunshade to make your time by the pool comfortable and relaxing. The garden also boasts an outdoor shower. You can enjoy the warm Mediterranean evenings beside the private pool with a glass of wine, or go for a late night dip in the pool.





This lovely villa is located in a quiet residential area of Calpe and is approximately a 5 minute walk to 3 local bars/restaurants.

Calpe offers 13 km of coastline with 14 beaches and coves. The closest sandy beach is just an 8 minute drive away where you can enjoy a variety of sports and aquatic activities or simply stroll along the 1 km promenade that is lined with bars, restaurants and shops. If you're not a fan of sand, then Bassetes marina is 9 minutes away by car where the small harbour and rocky cove provides opportunities for fishing, swimming, diving, windsurfing and paddle boarding as well as eating and drinking. Here you can also gain mid-way access onto the beautiful cliff footpath that stretches for 5 km with a number of bars/restaurants along
it's length.

4km away, at the base of the Penon de Ifach, you'll find the Port where you can watch the fishing boats coming home at the end of the day, experience the fish auctions and sample freshly caught seafood in the bustling restaurants, take a boat trip or just relax on it's sandy beach.

A variety of supermarkets can be found less than 7 minutes by car and you can drive into Calpe town centre in 10 minutes, (3.5 kms) where you'll find all amenities and services including: banks, restaurants, shops, bars, beaches and the picturesque old town.
