The house is in a small complex of 3 houses, each one completely independent and with a 65sq meters communal swimming pool. Only 2 of the houses are for rent. The whole complex was completely renovated in 2019. Houses/apartments 3 and 4 are on the first and ground floor. They both have a minimal design and have been decorated to the highest standard.

The house/apartments are ideal for 2 families or a large group of friends. The property is in the area of Koundouros and is 400 meters from the beach of Koundouraki, which has sunbeds, umbrellas, a cafe/bar and water sports. Koundouros has 6 sandy beaches, two of them organized with umbrellas and sunbeds. Koundouros also has a mini market and three restaurants. Pisses, which is 5 minutes from Koundouros has a large mini market and 2 restaurants.

House 4: The apartment is on the ground floor and has a living room with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Outside there is a shaded veranda with a built in sofa and a dining table.

The houses will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
