Located in the heart of Saint Germain des Près, very close to Notre-Dame cathedral, charming apartment on the 1st floor of a secure building. Ideal for visiting Paris thanks to its location, located on Boulevard Saint Germain, the apartment has a large bright living room, two beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds and a bathroom with shower. You will have a wonderful stay in our apartment.

On the 1st floor with lift of a beautiful secure Parisian building, very pleasant and functional apartment with a large bright living room, Wifi Internet and television. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine. The two large bedrooms have storage space and comfortable beds. A large shower in the bathroom, also with a washing machine and a dryer. Everything has been planned so that your stay is unforgettable and that you benefit from all the necessary comfort.

You will have a personalized welcome when you arrive by our property manager and we remain available throughout your stay if necessary.

Everything is available at the apartment: Internet Wifi, TV, kitchen, washing machine, dryer, bed sheets and bath towels.

In the heart of Saint-Germain des Près area, opposite Place Maubert, and two minutes from Notre-Dame, the apartment is ideally located for spending a few days in Paris. With its typically Parisian market twice a week, numerous shops and restaurants, you will enjoy living like a true Parisian.

Perfection

My Husband, myself and our adult daughter stayed here for a week. From the day after Christmas into the beginning of January. It was PERFECT for us! It is perfectly located just steps from the Metro station (Maubert) which made is so easy to get to everything! The area it is located in is amazing! The shops, restaurants and people are great! You are a short walk from Notre Dam. If you love being in the middle of the sights and sounds of the city, this is for you! Up to check in, the owner kept in touch with us and was so nice. The check in process was so simple. The gentleman who showed us to the apartment was nice and able to communicate everything we needed to know about the apartment. The apartment was beautiful and so comfortable. We had so much space. This isn't always the case inside the city. We fell asleep at night to the sounds of the city. We thoroughly loved our time here. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic location and apartment.

Great place and we had a fantastic week. The apartment is older but in an amazing location with shops all around to cater for eating in if required. It's noisy but we got used to that. The check in process was easy and we were settled in comfortably on the first day. The only cons are: Kitchen is lacking in utensils. As an example there are no sharp knives other than a bread knife. The bathroom is older but does the job. Windows have a bit of a draft but it was warm inside. Overall we would return to the same apartment it was great and we had a memorable week in Paris.

Zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung war toll und für eine vierköpfige Familie mehr als ausreichend. Es ist aber nichts für Lärmempfindliche, den Straßenlärm hört man auch gut durch die geschlossenen Fenster. Dafür wohnt man aber sehr zentral im Herzen von Paris.

Fabulous Latin Quarter Location for Extended Paris Stay

A lovely apartment with much to recommend it. If you like to be able to cook many meals for yourself and have a retreat from the bustle of Paris and sightseeing, this is a great choice. Thought there is only one bathroom, the toilet is separated from the shower and sink and so it is not as much of an inconvenience as it could have been with four people. I am a very particular traveler and the things that I would like to have or don't like may not bother you, so I present a few things for information purposes. You may not mind them at all. Foremost, there are no written instructions for anything and this was difficult as the stove top is unusual and required quite alot of work to figure out how to operate. Written instructions for that, and the heat, and the intercom/buzz-in situation would have been helpful. The person who met us gave oral instructions but frankly when I have been traveling and I arrive somewhere, I am not at my best. Then, top it off with it being later in the evening and in a foreign country and it was alot to take in and then remember the next day. Having written instructions is much preferred. The road it is on is VERY busy and there is alot of traffic and sirens wail constantly. When the windows are closed it is somewhat ok, but if you want the windows open, be prepared for a very noisy street. The good news is that that location is very close to so many things and it is very easy to get a cab, or take the metro, or even walk to lots of attractions. The building has a tiny elevator and this apartment is up one flight of stairs. So even if you send up luggage in the elevator, that is pretty good. The beds are very firm and so be prepared for that. The shower was a spiritual experience! It was very hot and had good pressure, and made up for many things that I may have liked less about the place. Overall I would recommend it, but just know ahead of time about what to expect in case these things are important to you. If you want to make sure that the place has something that you may need to bring, I would ask ahead of time so you will have all that you need and want when you are there. It is very close to amazing restaurants along the Seine, Notre Dam is literally just around the corner, and also St. Chappel, Shakespeare and company and a stop for the open top bus, and a metro stop are just all right there.

Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für eine Parisbesichtigung

Geräumige Ferienwohnung, es ist slles vorhanden, was man benötigt, eine Metrostation ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und man erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in ca 1/2 Stunde. Einziges Manko: sehr laut durch den Straßenlärm ( 2 spurige Straße direkt vor dem Haus). Aufgrund der guten Lage und der Größe der Wohnung eürde ich wieder buchen.
