This is our 5th property on vrbo located on the Southern Illinois wine trail!
Wine Country Farmhouse: The ultimate wine trail getaway this 5-bedroom, 2.5 bath room vacation rental house on the Wine Trail. Situated on 120 acres with a private lake, this stunning House has beautifully appointed living space, allowing up to 16 lucky guests to spread out and socialize, inside and outside! When you’re not taking advantage of the Wonderful amenities, a short 10 minute drive will get you to Starview Vineyard, while a 20 minute drive brings you to Giant City!

We have High Speed WiFi

A wooden bridge and horses will greet you as you are driving up the driveway. The ambiance is warm and stunning as soon you come up the driveway.

MODERN FARMHOUSE: ALL NEW EVERYTHING!!
For breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the chef of the group can easily prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, and all of the necessary cookware.

Gather around the dining table to share your meal with the whole group, or step outside onto the deck with outdoor seating and views of the private lake.

Located on 109 Private acres on the Shawnee Wine Trail, the home offers breathtaking views and a peaceful setting for your ultimate getaway. The farmhouse offers million dollar views of nature to be enjoyed from 3 large decks. The sunset is breathtaking you wont want to miss it! A large Stone fire pit is waiting for you after a perfect day on the wine trail . Located within a few miles of StarView and Alto Vineyards. 4 minutes to get Tacos and Abbey Ridge Brewery.
Our Estate property is 120 acres. The Lodge is within 15 minutes of Southern Illinois University and Giant City.
This amazing Property also has a small lake to Kayak and Paddle Boat!

The Wine Country farmhouse is Paradise. Set in beautiful Cobden IL this 120 acre Estate offers guests the ideal spot for wine trail vacations, bachelorette parties, wedding or reunions. Our host was amazing, easy to get in touch with to answer questions and provide insights to the area. He even helped us set up a private bus tour of the wine trail. The residence was in a perfect location to explore more of the wine trail on our own, as well as enjoy the small towns close by.The home was clean and spacious with plenty of room for everyone in our party. Laundry and a fully stocked kitchen and tons of indoor and outdoor seating made it feel like home away from home.Beautiful setting surrounded by well kept farm pastures and overlooking a clean lake. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking and just relaxing on the beach. Plenty of kayaks, life jackets and seating made the lake a fun addition to our stay.

Love the farmhouse! I have booked before and will again! Brian is a great host and I’ve never had an issue. Love the multiple options to sit outside, whether one of the decks, fire pit or down by the pond. Perfect place to get away and relax.

The house was nice. We said they need to put the TV out in the main living room. And TV room needs bunk beds put in there for more room to sleep. And advertise it’s just a 2/12 bathrooms not 3. Over all very nice place to stay.

The property was beautiful and felt so quiet and secluded, which is exactly what we were looking for! Right on the wine trail, literally 4 minutes from Star View. Brian was so kind and made sure to stay in touch in case we needed anything, and the biggest bonus was the mini horses!

Perfect getaway for a group of longtime friends! The host was amazing! Helpful and communicative. The property was beautiful with private lake and ponies! Also close to hiking and the wine trail which we really enjoyed. Fully stocked kitchen and conversation by the fire pit rounded out our days. Would recommend!

Owner was super responsive and helpful. Clean, well stocked and nicely renovated property. Private with great fishing and relaxing. There even was an ice machine which was super nice. Would stay here again.

This is our second time staying here. It is close to great hiking and the Shawnee Hills Wine Trail. It is a beautiful property! Everything is very clean and comfortable. We enjoy fishing on the lake and the very nice fire pit area. The owner checked in to make sure everything was good. He is friendly and you can tell he takes great pride in the property. We will definitely go back!

Lovely place and property

Enjoyed a few days here. Secluded but not far from great places to hike and surrounding small communities and larger town of Carbondale. Host was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Great house for our big group!

We loved staying at this house. The host was a great communicator and helpful before we even arrived. The animals were perfect, there was tons of outdoor hanging out space (boats, chairs, fire pit, decks, etc.), and inside was exactly as advertised. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Inside had great AC for the hot summer months and a huge kitchen table that the whole family could fit at.

Cousins weekend

Loved staying at the farmhouse! It was nice to have a safe place to visit and we were all together. The only issue was there were no bathroom upstairs and most of us was was over 50 , we needed a closer bathroom for those who self upstairs. Overall the stay was wonderful. Thank you for renting to us.

Great house and location!

We rented this house for 4 people for a short girls getaway on the wine trail. The house was very comfortable, plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Bedding was all clean and comfortable. We loved the little lake and spent one day sunning on the dock and the other day going to a couple of the close by wineries. The location on the wine trail is great. We would absolutely come back to this property!
