YourHouse Binifat, spacious house overlooking Puerto de Andratx

Located in Puerto de Andratx, this beautiful villa with private pool and sea views invites 8 guests to spend a vacation between the sea and the mountains.



950 meters from the rocky beach and 5.8 km from the sandy beach in Camp de Mar, this chalet is in Puerto de Andratx. The Sierra de Tramuntana, a few kilometers away, is ideal for cycling and hiking; a visit to the villages of Galilea, Banyalbufar and Sóller is recommended. Cala Llamp and the Beach Club Gran Folies are 3.5 km away, while the Santa Ponça golf course is 18 km away. Nearby there are supermarkets, restaurants and shops and families can spend a day at Katmandu park and Western Park. A car is not necessary as you will find all essential services nearby.



During the hot summer days, our guests enjoy the private salt pool (size: 9 x 3 meters and depth 1.1 to 2.1 meters) and several terraces with 8 loungers and 4 umbrellas. The furnished porch with fixed barbecue has views of the pool and there is an outdoor shower as well as an outdoor toilet with shower in the garage to rinse off the sand when you come from the beach. The first floor terrace has spectacular views of the sea, the mountains and the boats of Port d'Andratx.



Upon entering, there is a living-dining room with television, piano and sofas. The kitchen is well equipped, including dining table, induction cooktop and dishwasher. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. Going up the stairs, we find 4 more bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with 2 single beds and the remaining two bedrooms with 1 single bed and desk each. Please note that there is air conditioning in the living room, in the reading room and in the double bedrooms; also, all bedrooms have ceiling fans. One bedroom comes with a television. On the first floor, there are two more bathrooms, one with shower and bidet and the second with bathtub. A laundry room including dryer, washing machine and iron/ironing board, free Wifi and a crib/high chair upon request complete the equipment of this beautiful house.



The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms, living room/reading room and living-dining room. All bedrooms also have ceiling fans and several portable fans that can be placed according to guests' needs.



IMPORTANT: Garbage generated must be removed before leaving the house, otherwise a penalty will be applied.

During summer and in case of heat waves, according to law we cannot offer the barbecue.



Things to keep in mind:



Every Saturday morning, our staff takes care of pool and garden maintenance; they will need to enter the outdoor area but will not bother you.



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival through a Visa / MasterCard card with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.



Important: as required by law, we must ask you for copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years old. This information is sent by email.
