Luxury 3BD Village at Northstar Residnece - One Village Place 401

This beautiful three bedroom residence is located in the prestigious One Village Place building, which is the most convenient location in all of Northstar. The residence offers unparalleled accessibility to Northstar's 100 family friendly runs; One Village Place guests have a private door to the front of the line for the gondola! Perched directly above the main Big Springs gondola, the open plan condo features mountain contemporary design. The gourmet kitchen is a dream with granite slab countertops, custom alder cabinetry, and high-end Wolf and Sub Zero appliances. The two king bedrooms and third bunk bedroom are spacious and private.

The restaurants, shops, skating rink, and all of the fun activities of the vibrant Village at Northstar are just outside the door! Situated within One Village Place is a fitness center which is private to the building's residents and guests.

Guests may also enjoy use of the Village Swim and Fitness Center, which includes a year-round saline pool, hot tub, large fitness facility, locker rooms with steam showers, and a game and lounge area. This residence includes one underground parking space in the heated parking garage with elevator access.

- Please note, the One Village Place hot tub and sauna are undergoing updates and will remain out of order through 2026.
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 8 adults plus 2 children under the age of 12. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy will not be accepted.
- This residence comes with 1 parking spot in the underground temp controlled parking garage. Garage clearance is 8FT.
- Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals upon booking
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.
- Check-in 4PM/Checkout 10AM

Apartment was fantastic and when we needed help with the washing machine maintenance came quickly.We were only disappointed that the hot tub was out of service. I think guests should be informed prior to booking.

Loved this property and would stay here again! Clean, comfortable, and convenient. The complimentary coffee sample provided was so delicious that we went out and bought some from the local coffee store. Also, the bottle of wine was such a nice touch; and it happens to be my favorite!THANK YOU!!!

Relaxing getaway, first time in North Lake Tahoe area. The village at Northstar was very quiet, pretty common for the summer. Nearly everything is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. However, the peace and solitude was priceless. Easy access to the lake and to Truckee.

Great Place!

This was such a beautiful property, was so spacious and comfortable, and had all the kitchen and living items you would ever need. Summer in Northstar is a little quiet so we didn't get to enjoy the village and its restaurants and shops but we enjoyed the pool and fitness center and quick drive to the lake.

Amazing space for a big family or a group of friends

We had 3 couples who each had a kid (4, 3, and 2) and the space was great! The spacious kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of room for everyone to hangout together. The beds were super comfortable as well. Parking was easy and they even provide luggage carts! Perfect location in the village. Highly recommend staying here.

One of the best Northstar cabins to stay at!

Brooke’s VRBO looked just like the listing and was absolutely perfect for our stay. Some friends joined me (8 adults total) to support my partner’s mountain biking race taking place that weekend, and we all fit comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with the essential spices, a wide variety of pans for cooking, and of course plates, utensils, and cups aplenty. Truly loved our experience with Brooke’s VRBO and hope to book again next year!

This place is amazing

Looks exactly like the photos. No detail spared: mattresses are super comfy, kitchen is well appointed, washing machine & dryer, sofa is super comfy, extremely clean. I love this place. Location is also fantastic. Skipped the gondola line and basically rode right to the front door at end of day on our skis and snowboards. Staff were really helpful too. Wish I could give this spot 6 stars

so convenient

loved the place, you get vip entrance to the gondola, which is literally in the building, and also a right next to village express lift. very pleased w ski in ski out. also they have ski lockers next to the gondola for you. the one caveat is the walls are not too soundproofed so you can hear people in the other bedrms in your suite. but not a big deal, we loved our stay, thank you!

Had such an awesome time!

Renting this property is by far the best experience I have! Everything went smoothly from the very first step of the booking process all the way to check out! Brooke has definitely played a big key role in this! Brooke was very responsive and accommodating! THANK YOU, Brooke. The property is spacious and really nice (exactly as pictured)! Wished we had a couple more days to enjoy it! Will for sure try to book this unit again for our next Tahoe trip.

Great Location

The condo is great. Very clean and well appointed. Location is the best. Private gondola entrance. In village and perfect family location. They only issues is that you need to leave by noon. There is no place to store luggage. Luckily the reservations after us canceled and they let us stay till 4pm so it worked out. That was very helpful.

Thank you for the review, Boris! It was a pleasure hosting you! Just to clarify for future guests who may be reading, our regular check out time is 10:00am. You can request a late check out 24 hours prior to departure. At that time, if we do not have anyone checking in the same day that you are departing, then we can extend your check out to noon. We do typically charge for later check outs past noon. Yes, unfortunately due to the nature of the village condos being individually owned residences there is not a place for guests to store luggage if a guest does not have a car to store their bags in the underground parking garage. We do our best to accommodate guests in this situation when we can but it is not always possible so we ask guests to plan accordingly.

Pre Xmas Ski Weekend

We stayed the weekend before Xmas. We were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids. Great property, super convenient location and great communication with property manager. Condo was a great size for our group and well equipped for a 4 day stay. Only drawback with the condo property was that the ski valet that was supposed to provide keys to lock up skis was almost never there during operating hours so you really could not lock up your skis in the storage room. This has nothing to do with this particular rental though - seemingly just a staffing issue at the Village itself.

Thank you for the great review, Deirdre! We also very much appreciate the feedback on the ski lockers. Yes, this is Welk (Northstar staff) that handles the ski lockers. It has always been our understanding that they lock the building at night so skis are secure. We will certainly follow up with them to make sure that is still the same protocol though! Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented different condos over the last ten years at Northstar. This was one of our favorites! Plenty of room for three adults and four teens. Bunk room was a hit and has its own bathroom, a big plus. In addition to master there are two other bathrooms, for a total of three showers. Kitchen had all the necessary cookware and tools to accommodate all meals. Barbecue located downstairs for guests. Televisions in all rooms. Though the walk to pool is a little long we thought this was well worth it for the quiet this unit offers. Home Away staff were terrific! Always professional and timely. We will definitely look to reserve this unit again!

Great for families

This place was awesome. We had four kids and five adults. A little higher priced after fees and taxes tho. There were a couple things I wish were in the details: two cars get parking in underground garage and any additional car was 25$/day, the coffee pot is a cone reusable filter, there is no filtered water on the fridge but the tap water was fine (it’s Tahoe). The village has a pizza restaurant and a pub which was nice to get food. The pool is kinda small for the area. We would def stay here again.

A lovely place to stay, perfect for our family of 6 including two little ones. Lots of nice perks - you really do get your own gondola entrance! Access to play areas and more as well. Very well equipped and nicely appointed, we were pleased Aldo with the arrival gift of a lovely wine and local coffe, thanks!

Loved our Stay in North Star Village

This condo is beautiful, well equipped, very clean and perfectly located in North Star Village. We loved our stay in unit 401. The bunk room was spacious and a huge hit with our 3 boys. The unit was newly remodeled with beautiful new furniture and wood floors and the location can not be beat. We stepped out of the elevator into the lobby and through a door where we skipped the lines and hopped right on the gondola. It is truly a ski in and ski out. Not to mention the village is right outside and there are several restaurants, shops, ice skating and more to enjoy. We had a blast and will definitely rent this unit again!!!! Lauren made our stay very easy and was great to communicate with. She provided us with lots of helpful information before and during our trip.
