Located in the heart of Mountain House, Keystone's original base area, this 3-story, 4BR/3BA townhome is just a stone's throw to the Argentine and Peru ski lifts. Enjoy the private, 8-person hot tub after a long day on the slopes, or cozy up with a cup of cocoa on the deck as you watch skiers glide down the mountain.

This spacious mountain home features high ceilings, massive windows, and abundant natural light. Access to the shorter lift lines and kid-friendly Ski and Ride School of Mountain House, along with all Keystone has to offer, make this townhome an ideal spot for your next mountain getaway!

Everything you could need

The condo was large, well equipped and close to the slopes. We had everything we needed and were surprised with all the amenities staying in this home. We will come back again. Thank you!

Great location to the gondola lift

This was a perfect set up for multiple families. The hot tub was a great addition. It was very close to the gondola lift and bus route. It is close to the road so at 5:45 am you hear the snowplows clearing the bus area. The upstair bathroom was a mess. The tub didn’t work. The shower is old. The hot water knob did not stay where it was set. The water pressure vacillated. At one point there was just a drip. If they fix the upstair bathroom it would be a great place to stay.

Fantastic!

My husband and I treated our three adult children with their significant others to a Christmas/New Years skiing trip. We could not ask for better accommodations! Our arrival was earlier than expected and the property owners allowed us to check in early; we were thrilled! The property had every appliance, utensil and even a beverage fridge for our sodas and water. The bedrooms were comfortable and even had box fans, extra blankets, pillows and humidifiers. The location of the property could not have been better! The Keystone bus stopped directly in front of the property if we wanted or it was a short walk to town or the ski slopes. The fireplace was wonderful after bone chilling temperatures. There was a fireworks display down the mountain in town and we could see them over the trees! The garage was also great where our large vehicle fit and remained warm during our stay. We definitely recommend and will return when we plan another trip to the area!

Stay in Keystone

The location of the property was amazing. The area was quiet, safe and very convenient. The condo was a nice size, had all of the amenities, including a garage that would accommodate a medium size SUV. It was very nice having the vehicle warm when we went out in the evenings. The condo could use updated bathrooms and living room furniture. The sectional was terrible and broken down so much that a person couldn't sit on the corner piece. The wifi worked well but the TV in the living room was older and didn't have the ability to stream. The heat and air struggled to keep the condo at a constant temperature. The upstairs bathroom needed to be cleaned better. All in all the condo was nice but it just needs a little TLC.

Excellent Stay & Great Location!

Our group (which was downsized due to the Southwest debacle) stayed here the week after Christmas and had a great time in this lovely house! It was incredibly spacious with four nice bedrooms and three nice bathrooms. The tub in the upstairs master bathroom was not working, but we knew that ahead of time and there was a tub on the main floor. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of linens. The walk to the Peru Lift was pretty much perfect. No complaint at all from our skiers. It took them about five total minutes to get to the lift. The bus route runs right out the back of the house, so it's easy to hop on to catch a ride to River Run or the Peru Lift. We had to get in contact with the owners once and they were incredibly prompt getting back to us and were very friendly! There were a few minor things we noted, including a leg being wobbly on one of the benches, one jet not working on the hot tub, and the door being unlocked upon arrival in the downstairs bedroom leading out to the hot tub. All of these things have been/will be noted to the owners. Thank you for letting us stay here! If you're on the fence about booking this place, this is your sign to commit and go for it. You won't regret it!

The Swansons from Nebraska

We had a family ski trip planned for many months and all attended (12). The convenience of the location was a big plus! The ages of the kids was 6-12 so carrying all the equipment went well! I cooked all the meals so I have a few suggestions...a whisk is a cheap but essential tool in the kitchen. I could find none. There was no salt, every other spice but no salt! It is the cheapest thing you could buy and have on hand. We spent almost $300 on food, but did not expect to not have salt. The microwave is hard to read. It worked, but was tricky. Our sons thought the large tv in the living room was out-dated. Their Roku stick didn't work because the tv couldn't understand the language. The shower in the master bedroom upstair was gross. I don't know how housekeeping could not see the mold growing everywhere. Also we could not find the light switch for the shower. But maybe that was so we didn't see the mold in every corner. One of the mothers in our group was concerned about the lack of restraint on the upper bunkbeds. She was worried about a child falling out as the boards didn't come up high enough. No one did, but she said she had a hard time sleeping knowing a disaster could occur. We really cut it close on the toilet paper and garbage bag front. Just barely enough, thankfully! The deck doors really leak air, they iced up and were very drafty. The view is spectacular!! On a positive side- The washer and dryer were appreciated by the parents.

Great Spot for Doing Keystone

The place is well built and comfortable, with excellent access to the Peru lift and the slopes. Host was great. But the house has numerous wear and tear issues, some of which were addressed by their property maintenance guy after we notified the host (albeit a couple days into our stay). Was clean but cleaning staff is not attending to the hot tub area (trash and garments left behind by prior guests). Clogged up shower drain backing up into the tub was kind of unpleasant. We all felt like the price was steep for situation.

Nice clean home at the base of Keystone. Garage parking spot and driveway parking spot. Four bedrooms, one with two bunk beds. Nicely equipped kitchen.

Great spot

Really great spot for Keystone access. 5 min walk to the lift, if you're worried about that (some previous reviews), then you probably shouldn't be on this mountain. Rob was great and super easy to communicate with. House was perfect for a group of 6 and probably could have had more. Overall totally recommend.
