Villa El Mar is a fantastic frontline villa with stunning sea views! Take the stairs down to the beach (Paraiso beach) and take a morning dip. Go to sleep with the sound of the waves of the Atlantic, but only a few minutes walk to the center of Carvoeiro, close to all restaurants and nightlife.



Villa El Mar is simply decorated and comfortably furnished in a traditional Algarvian style, providing privacy whilst at the same time having the amenities of a walking distance to the beautiful Praia do Paraiso beach and Carvoeiro centre. There is a jacuzzi next to the pool, which can be used free of charge.



Accommodation: 6 persons, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms



Interior: On the ground floor of the villa, you will find the living room, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge / freezer. The open living / dining room has a dining table with 6 chairs, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and stereo. Patio doors lead you to the covered terrace with breathtaking views of the ocean.



There are three bedrooms; one with a double bed and two with two single beds. Single beds can be made up as a double bed. Each bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. One of the two bathrooms also has a bath. Outside: On the sunny terrace you will find a kidney-shaped swimming pool, jacuzzi (no extra costs) and a beautiful traditional Portuguese barbecue. There is also a nice table with chairs to enjoy your lunch and dinner. From this terrace you can enter the roof terrace with luxurious lounge furniture, where you can enjoy a beautiful 180 degree view of the ocean. The sunsets are amazing !!
