Welcome to Bend! Whether it's biking, hiking, skiing, fishing, playing in the water or just drinking great beer; we know that you will enjoy it all from the centrally located Olney Ave Re:Treat. With renovation completed in April 2017, you will find a warm, modern ambiance that is perfectly situated less than 1 mile from the heart of Bend.

This is a perfect space for a couples get-a-way, a small family, solo adventurer or 2 guests traveling together. - Now get out and play!

THE SPACE

We completed the transformation of 560 Olney Ave into an nightly rental in April of 2017 and are proud to offer a high end experience to our guests.

100% of the furniture as well as the furnishing were purchased new and include: a King size memory foam mattress, 49" LG UHD 4K TV w/ Netflix provided, Leather sleeper sofa (Full/Queen) with 3" memory foam topper, Modern styled bedroom furniture, Oversized jetted bathtub and a Full size desk for a working area.

Amenities and Appliances available include: Garage for parking or equipment storage, High speed WiFi (50 MBPS), Large desk - great for business travelers, Kenmore front loading Washer and Dryer, Automatic coffee pot, Kitchen-aid toaster and Nightlight's thru the house.

GUEST ACCESS

You have full access to the entire mother-in-law apartment which includes: an oversized master suite with attached master bath featuring a jetted tub and separate shower, kitchen, living room, powder room with laundry and a 1.5 car garage. Please respect the long term tenants who reside in a completely separate area of the home. Most likely you will never see or hear them.

We are usually available 24/7 and want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Whether it's looking for restaurant ideas, bike shops, pubs or trails, feel free to call/text/email anytime and we will do our best to help you out.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The Orchard District is an up and coming part of Bend that allows for easy access to downtown and the river (15 minute walk), close proximity to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and unique stores along 3rd street. Check out the Midtown Market which is only a 3 minute walk and offers a great selection of specialty food, beer and wine.

Spacious apartment. Garage parking. Quiet neighborhood. 5 minute drive to Old Bend. Perfect for my spouse and I while we were in town visiting family. Entry to the apartment is behind the main house. Instructions are very clear. Helpful to read before your arrival if you'll be arriving after dark.

Very spacious and made us feel like we were not staying in a cramped hotel, but rather our own home away from home! We loved the very spacious master bath and we utilized the tub in there as well! It was our fifth year anniversary and this was a very nice stay and place to celebrate and relax!

Check in and check out was super easy. The unit was very spacious and really clean. We had all the creature comforts - good channel line-up, Wi-Fi, well-appointed kitchen with a full-size stove and fridge. Being unfamiliar with the area, we really liked the option of parking in the garage! The neighborhood was quiet. We will stay again!

Great locationā€¦ House was very clean and nice. This place does not have a dishwasher so all had to be done by hand. Not a huge deal, however, most places have dishwashers so it was a little unique.

Very nice apartment in quiet neighborhood. Lots of amenities. Recommend!Agree with others that carpet on stairway up needs to be replaced. Among the crunchiness thereā€™s an oil stained footprint up half the stairs.

We had a slight hiccup with our stay, but the host was extremely responsive and helpful and everything worked out great. It is a nice space with plenty of room. We were only there for a very quick overnight, but I would stay again for sure.

Overall this is a great space for 2-3 people. The bed is very comfortable and the pull-out couch has a memory foam pad that makes it very comfy as well. There were extra pillows and linens and everything was very clean. The kitchen range has a burner that would not heat up, but the others worked and the rest of the kitchen appliances worked well.My main complaint is that the AC units are quite loud and make it hard to sleep when they are on. They also connect with a tube to the windows, which prevents the shades from coming down. This allows a lot of morning light into both rooms and in the summer itā€™s an early wake up call. With as good as the beds are, I was hoping for a better nightā€™s sleep. If this place had a couple ductless units it would be 5 star!

First time in Bend and having this place to stay in made the experience that much more enjoyable. Walking distance from plenty of entertainment and found a great pizza spot right around the corner. Festival weekend

This property was perfectly located for us. The bedding and towels were all very nice. Kitchen well equiped for our needs. House was very clean in a quiet neighborhood with great airconditioning.
