This is a Nonsmoking , No Pets , NO PARTIES/EVENTS cottage ( No exceptions, family allergies ) It is a fully equipped housekeeping cottage. This means you should be able to locate the equipment you need to prepare and serve you own food, plus keep the house clean. Nothing you eat is provided. You are expected to clean up anything you get dirty and restore anything you move to it's original location. WE DO HAVE a Heating/AC system that keeps the main cottage comfortable. The system does not serve the windowed/screened porch so the porch door should remain closed when Heat/AC is in use. 1st floor- Living, kitchen,dining & full bath (toilet, sink and fiberglass shower), There is also an outside after-swim shower with Hot & Cold water. Both showers may be used at the same time. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms in a loft. The stairway to the loft is shown in a photo. A safety gate is provided for the top of the steps. There is also a small night light at the top of the stairs. Walkout basement under the main part of the house is available for bike storage. There is a charcoal grill.
