The East Nashville Experience

The INVERNESS is a huge and luxurious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house located in East Nashville neighborhood. Perfect for Families, Couples getaways, etc.,
All the bedrooms have attached bathrooms.
You will be spoiled with everything that is within a 7 to 10 minute walk from your door step which includes a huge range of trendy bars and cafes, lovely delis, cheese and wine specialist and also a great selection of international cuisines.
For entertainment I recommend taking a $7 to $12 (depending upon the time of the day and size of the car) Uber ride to the coveted Broadway street and downtown.
If you want to experience Nashville's nightlife take a $6 to $9 (depending upon the time of the day and size of the car) Uber ride to Gulch where you have great restaurants, bars and clubs.
House is controlled by Nest Thermostats.
House also has a 2 car garage.

A key code will be provided to the guests right after the booking so that guests don't have to wait for someone to open the door if you show up early for check-in. Hosts will be in the property at the promised time to provide more information about the near by restaurants, bars and things to do around Nashville.

We are very flexible and accommodating about the special checkin and check out requests. We keep the prices low to accommodate everyone but if we notice that more people have stayed than they booked for, there will be a surcharge of $75 per guest per night.

Nicest VRBO I've Stayed In!

This property was beautiful! Well decorated and well furnished in a quiet neighborhood, plus a two car garage. Plus, it's only a $10 Uber ride to Broadway. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location/ exceptional home

We stayed here with 6 people total for a long weekend away. The homes decor was stunning. Each bedroom had its own on suite which was great! The kitchen was spacious. Location 15 minutes to broadway, 4 minutes to 5 point area! Kevin was great to work with. Very acommondating to the check in and check out process. The only down fall was I couldn’t find a mixing bowl! But everything else was so well stocked and perfect. He even called the day we were leaving to see how things went! I will definitely be saving this listing for the next weekend in Nashville!

We had 7 people in our group and this was a perfect house for us all. The host was great and even left an air mattress out if we needed it. The house was perfect and adorable. Close to town too.

Best Rental House in Nashville!

This was the best experience my friends and I have had with a short-term rental, and we can't say enough great things about it! Not only was the house immaculate and beautifully decorated, it had everything we could possibly need. It was stocked with welcome snacks from the owner, coffee and creamer, plenty of toiletries, extra pillows, towels, blankets, board games, and even a sewing kit to name just a few of the amenities. The beds were super comfy, and there was plenty of room for 6 girls in the house. We only had two cars, but there was parking for 4 if needed. It was also easy for Ubers or Lyfts to pick up and drop off. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood only 5-10 minutes from downtown and the bar/restaurant scene. However, don't sleep on the adorable restaurants, bars, and breweries in the East Nashville neighborhood! The house is 2-5 minutes away from several delicious local places if you're looking to take a break from the tourist crowds and support small businesses. Lastly, Kevin, who is the man behind the magic, was a fantastic host! He gave us all the information we needed and more, and was quick to respond when we had questions. We would 100% stay in his house again. Thank you, Kevin!

Cannot say enough great things about this place!

Kevin was the best host I have ever stayed with. his home is absolutely beautiful. He had everything we could've ever needed and more. He even had some leftover bachelorette party décor he let us use. The home is decorated so beautifully, the beds are comfortable, and everything was extremely clean. I can't thank him enough for such a wonderful stay.

Perfect Stay!

Our family of 6 (including 4 teenagers) stayed 3 nights over New years in this wonderful home. The beds were so comfortable and the house was beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was in the home including coffee, drinks, and toiletries. The location in East Nashville was just a few blocks away from restaurants and coffee shops. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Kevin the owner was an absolute pleasure to work with and very accommodating for check in and check out times. We would definitely rent again when we return to Nashville.

Excellent in every aspect

Loved our stay at this beautiful property. The property manager/owner, Kevin, was wonderful and available if/when we had any questions. The pictures online don't do this place justice. There were three couples in our group, and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was just perfect. The beds were all super comfortable. The house was spotless. The kitchen was stocked with all of the right kitchen tools and essentials. The location is just a few miles away from the downtown area and not too far from the airport. If you're looking for a beautiful, clean property for a family or small group, look no further. This is your place! We would definitely stay here again and will recommend Kevin's place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Nashville. Thank you again, Kevin, for all of your recommendations and your hospitality!

Amazing house, friendly owner

The house is absolutely beautiful and Kevin, the owner was so friendly and helpful! The location is close to everything but far enough away for a peaceful retreat. The only thing we weren’t absolutely thrilled with was the train that runs nearby blew its horn literally all night our last night making it difficult to sleep without your noise machine on top volume (and you could still hear it) However, I’d still recommend the place and we will be back again!

This home was amazing in every way; Immaculate, tastefully & beautifully decorated with high end decor. You can tell a lot of love & energy was put into this home. The rooms were all spacious & well equipped. There were 5 adults staying here for a combo birthday weekend & we all loved this home (we have rented various VRBO's in locals before) and this home was one of our top favorites of all. Loved that all the bedrooms had their own en suite bathroom; Large closets, extra blankets, pillows & towels, fully stocked with blowdryers, paper goods, personal items all added that extra touch to help make your stay enjoyable & carefree. Easy access to Broadway in approx 20 minutes. Close enough to the main attractions, but not far from any of it. Kevin was a wonderful host-communicative, accommodating, welcoming. Beautiful home!

We had an absolute blast visiting Nashville! This home is gorgeously decorated and worked perfectly for the 5 of us—girlfriends in town for a work convention. Kevin was so friendly and helpful, making sure we were all set with everything and the home was well stocked.. We loved the big bathrooms for getting ready! Incredible Bachelorette House!!!

THIS PLACE WAS INCREDIBLE!! I threw a Bachelorette Party in Nashville for 4 days, with 6 girls and this house could not have been a more perfect fit! It was adorable, the decor was like a decorator show home, but yet so homey and comfortable, we felt right at home! Every room had a bathroom which was a game changer, we weren't waiting on ladies to get ready!! The kitchen was fully stocked with drinks and condiments. Kevin the owner was so fantastic, he was always a text away and even provided some bachelorette decorations. All of the girls agreed that if we were to move to Nashville we wanted this house! The location was great, a quick 5-10 min Uber to Broadway, a local grocery and liquor store were right up the road. If you are looking for a great spot in Nashville, THIS IS YOUR PLACE! Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home, beautifully staged. Very clean which is important to me. Whoever decorated this home did a beautiful job. It would be nice if the kitchen island in the kitchen table we’re clear of dishes so that you can use that area for its intended purpose. I was wondering if this house is on The market since it is staged even with plates and dishes set out. And you need to move them in order to use the table or the island in the kitchen. It would be much easier if they just weren’t there, especially since you’re expected to put them back in place before you leave. This area in east Nashville is extremely convenient to everything in Nashville,. This is a neighborhood that is being revitalize, and there is quite a lot of construction going on close to the house. Should also note that there is a fire station close to the house. As well as a train. Uber was quite cheap as long as it wasn’t during peak hours such as the evening, then it gets quite expensive at $40 a ride to downtown. If it’s non-peak hours it’s about $15. It’s nice to have the two car garage to park in, however it would be nice to have remotes for those since you have to have one person go into the house and open the door for you, if you were alone it would be a challenge since the only way into the house is the front door And parking is at the rear Kevin the property manager called me a few days before I arrived and was planning on meeting me at the house when I got there however due to the fact that I was arriving at 5 PM and he had other plans he just gave me in the information via text., so check in was extremely easy. There is a book in the house explaining house rules etc. however the day before we were to leave we received a text with instructions on chores we had to do, I realize that many VRBO‘s have chores but if you have an early flight such as we did this may not be the place for you we had to get up at 2:30 in the morning to get the chores done to make our flight. And we did pay a cleaning fee. Andit would’ve been nice to know this ahead of time. Check-out chores 1. Please place things back where you found them, 2. Please strip beds of the sheets and place them and used towels in the laundry area upstairs. 3. Please take trash to the brown dumpster outside by the garage. The green one is for recycling. 4. Please load and start dishwasher. All in all it’s a pretty good place to stay

Perfect!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Nashville, look no further! This home is spacious, beautiful, clean and has all the amenities you will need. All three bedrooms have a private bath with hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beds are comfortable too. The kitchen is fully stocked with what ever you might need to cook a meal. Kevin had even stocked the fridge with soda and water for us. We will definitely stay here again.
