It features an 80 m² cathedral-ceilinged living room with an 8-meter-high ceiling. The cube overlooks the 12-meter heated outdoor pool. On the first floor, the cube has a mezzanine.

The property is 6 km from Montargis, nicknamed the “Little Venice of the Gâtinais.”
In the surrounding area, you can enjoy nature and visit the Briare Canal and its locks.

The pool is open from early May through late September.
Pool information update as of June 1, 2022: Due to a shortage of a component needed for the heating unit, the pool water will not be heated for an indefinite period. You can still enjoy the pool and its terrace, but the water is at room temperature.
