This brand new, three-bedroom, sea view villa is located in a quiet area of Kapparis, only 600 metres from the beach.
The ground floor features beautifully furnished living room which opens to a spacious swimming pool area, a guest toilet and dining area with kitchen which sliding doors open to a shaded veranda.
The marble staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find a family bathroom and three bedrooms of which master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower room.
All bedrooms enjoy a partial sea views.
With walking distance to all amenities and with a lots of entertainment options, this villa offers unforgettable holidays.

As a family of four this Villa hit all of our buttons and did disappoint. It was the perfect size and had wonderful amenities that made our stay a wonderful experience. The place was very well maintained. The only negative would be finding the villa per the directions - they state it’s in Complex A but there’s no such thing as this and it’s actually Phase 1. But apart from that mishap we had a wonderful time and everything was close by in terms of beaches and restaurants.

Cozy villa in a quiet area, excellent Wi-Fi, needs pool renovation. Perfect for a peaceful retreat.

We had a wonderful vacation at this villa. It is located in a quiet area, providing us with a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is cozy and clean, with a modern interior and all the necessary amenities. It is worth mentioning that the pool requires a complete renovation of the lining, although in its current state, it still served as a place for outdoor relaxation and entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped, which allowed us to cook delicious homemade meals. Excellent Wi-Fi signal in all parts of the house. We hope the pool will be updated soon. Overall, this is a great option for those looking for a quiet and comfortable place to vacation. We were satisfied and plan to return to Cyprus again.

Well according to expectations

I put a 5 in location due to being exactely where it says it is, with that said it is not central but walking distance from Kapparis, which in my opinion has some of the best restaurants on the east coast anyway. There is a lamp on the outside connected to a motion sensor which is turning itself on all night. The pool was a bit dusty from the the air and rain and it was also low on water, these things were fixed 2 days after check in, we stayed a total of 6 days. We got new towels immidiately when letting villa2let know about missing some. Over all, absolutely recommend it. It is exactely as it looks on the pictures, and everything worked properly. Stay has been lovely and we would book it again.

Hello! We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was very cozy, comfortable, and overall we had a great experience. There are just a few things that could be improved. The main issue was the swimming pool. The liner on the bottom of the pool is loose and has waves instead of lying flat. In some places there are sharp edges, and unfortunately our child cut his foot on the second day of swimming. I would strongly recommend repairing or replacing the pool liner to make it safe for guests. It would also be helpful to have a vacuum cleaner available in the house for cleaning during longer stays. Another thing worth mentioning is the chairs on the second-floor balcony. They appear to be made of plastic reinforced with fiberglass. Because of the heat, the material seems to be breaking down and shedding tiny fiberglass particles. Our child leaned against one of the chairs with his bare back, and his skin became irritated for several days. He couldn’t even lie on his back because it felt like tiny fiberglass splinters were stuck in his skin. Replacing these chairs would greatly improve guest comfort and safety. Other than these issues, everything else was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hospitality. Thank you!

Das Haus ist an sich schön, jedoch alt. Abnutzung war stark zu sehen. Die Spülmaschine müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden, der Pool ist mit einer Folie bezogen, so auch noch nie gesehen. Der Backofen müsste dringend mal ordentlich gereinigt werde, wie auch eigentlich das ganze Haus, Fenster, Boden etc. Ich persönlich fand es nicht sauber, Staub, fehlende Bettdecken und die Steckdosen waren nicht europäischer Standard, was nicht so schlimm war. Relativ kleine Doppelbetten, kann man aber auch mit leben. Ab und an roch es nach Kläranlage am Pool, keine Ahnung woher es kam. An sich war der Aufenthalt aber schön. Die Lage auch soweit.

In general we had a wonderful stay, what was negative was the view to a field full of rubbish (location) and the fact there's very little space around the swimming pool, feels quite tide (comfort)

Wouldn't recommend it.

It could have been perfect. It is a nice, modern house, poorely decorated, but still a nice house. The only BAD THING is their mattresses. We were a group of 6 people, and none of us had any sleep for 3 nights in a row. They were so hard, so uncomfortable, so awful that you couldn't sleep at all. Our whole vacations were destroyed because we were like zombies for 4 days. No energy for the rest of the day. It is sad because other than that everything else was decent enough.
