The pool terrace has two large shaded areas, one with a sofas and one with a dining table for 10 to 12 people. Near the pool there are several sunbeds with umbrellas, a day bed and a barbecue. The infinity swimming pool is with sea water.

The lower terrace has two bar tables and stools, a dining table for 6 people, 4 large sunbathing pillows, a hammock, 2 sunbeds and a small fridge.

1st floor:

A large spacious and well lit master bedroom with a semi open-plan bathroom. There is also a second bathroom, built into the rock face with a rain shower and toilet as well as a second bathroom with a sink and toilet.

Ground floor:

The ground floor, which is on the level of the swimming pool has a beautifully designed living room with a fire place and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest w.c.

Lower Level:

The lower level has a two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms that all have direct access to the lower terrace, a bedroom suite with an en-suite bathroom and a separate seating area/office space with 2 sofas that young children can sleep on. . Connected to the villa but completely independent are three guest houses, each with en-suite bathrooms.

The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
