4 person holiday home in Assens

Only approx. 70 meters from the coast at Assens is this cottage overlooking the sea. The cottage was renovated in 2018 with white painted walls and ceilings and bright furniture. There is a bright living room with dining area with direct access to the covered / open terrace. The living room is i.a. equipped with TV and radio. Kitchen with ceramic hob and refrigerator with freezer. The kitchen is from 2020. Bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms. For the children there is both a high chair and a cot. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
