Impressive Family Villa with private pool, sea views, 4 en-suite bedrooms, A/C.

The accommodation is on two floors. On the upper floor is the main entrance door leading to the lounge/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a garage area that serves as a utility room. Rooms lead out to the spacious upper terrace with views to the sea. On the terrace is a teak table with sun-umbrella, and some lounging chairs. There is also a separate guest toilet and a coat cupboard on this floor, along with the stairs to the lower floor.

On the lower floor is a hallway and off this are four double bedrooms each with en-suite and own access to the lower terrace which leads, through a gate, to the pool area. There is good wardrobe space in all rooms and a roll up mosquito net.
A security alarm is installed.

Outside:
The pool and sunbathing terrace has a good degree of privacy. The pool is kidney shaped, around 7m long and is quite deep.
The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, umbrella shades, small tables and there is a shower. The sun is on the terrace from the morning until around 6:30pm.

Note: Most Important. Children in the pool area must be supervised by responsible adults.

Utility Room:
Washing machine, sink, first aid box, vacuum cleaner, brooms etc, ironing facility and expandable driers.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen:
NOTE: Prior to guests arrival the villa will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in accordance with Balearic Government regulations.
Enough fresh bed linen, towels and Beach/pool towels are provided for your stay and there is also a hair dryer in both master bedroom suites. No services will be provided during your holiday rental stay. If required, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged and paid for locally through managing agents.

Other:
Both the lounge terrace and the bedroom terrace overlook the graveled garden, and the adjoining pine grove. The pool terrace can be secured with gates.

Preferred check-in/out day during high season (July/August) is Friday, though will confirm if other days are possible on enquiry, and for any rentals of more than 1 week.
