The villa is located near the splendid Via di Setteponti, the medieval ounce road which was the main link between Arezzo and Florence, boasts charming villages and towns that date back to that era.
Villa Setteponti could be the house in the countryside. Bright and airy, this large villa combined all the best elements of the Tuscan tradition with modern comforts and services. French windows open in the huge MOST rooms, well-kept garden with wonderful ICT varieties of flowers and old trees. Living areas lead out to shady, wonderful balconies for outdoor dining and relaxing with an enchanting view of the swimming pool or the olive groves and vineyards.
The rooms are elegantly furnished with antique beds, outside the dining room and living room, with working fireplaces, they are tastefully decorated with period and design furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped, has a fireplace and opens onto the traditionally furnished loggia where there is a functioning wood oven.
