B&B near Hospital and barracks Guardia di Finanza (loc. Coppito/Pettino)

Newly built house with modern furnishings that offer the right comfort for those who are in the city as a tourist, student, for competitions or for business commitments. The house is located in a strategic place; 500m from the hospital, 2km from the Guardia di Finanza school, 5min from the city center. At 50m urban bus stop, at 700m Conad supermarket, at 1km multiplex cinema and pharmacy. There is also a paid private parking or free parking at about 100m.

The guests brought to use the entrance to the house, the bedrooms, the balcony (for one room only), the bathroom and the corridors that allows you to get there. Use of the living area, kitchen and living room is prohibited.

The modern design that characterizes the house is the result of careful work and study. In the bedrooms there are several furnishing accessories made by me and my partner with recycled materials, recovered in the mountains and the sea. The idea was to give natural materials a second life and create a link between home and nature. Hence also the idea of giving our b & b the name "Deer House" (in Italian "deer house").
