Very cozy apartment with lots of natural light located in the typical Fonte Nova or Tróino neighborhood, close to typical restaurants, Av. Luísa Todi, beaches and Serra da Arrábida. Area well served by transport and services. Free parking throughout the surrounding area, accommodates 4 people as it has a double bed in the mezzanine and a sofa bed the size of a double bed in the living room.

Bairro do Tróino is one of the most characteristic and old neighborhoods in the city of Setúbal, dating back to the Roman era, due to its proximity to the riverside and central area of Setúbal, it is an area with a lot of traditional commerce and restaurants based on the manufacture of fish, is the ideal place to enjoy your holidays or a weekend getaway, just a few seconds walk away, you will find typical restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, traditional shops, pharmacy, ATM, leisure areas.
It is an area with free parking and well served by public transport. A few meters away, you will find the main artery of the city, Av. Luísa Todi, full of restaurants, bars, shops and cultural activities.
Setúbal is a city that is inserted in the so-called Costa Azul privileged for its dream beaches of Serra da Arrábida and is 45 minutes from the city of Lisbon, by car or train.

- Bus (TST 562): 40 min. from Gare do Oriente or Praça de Espanha | € 3.90 one way | The bus stops at the bus station which is 15 min. walk from the house or you can take bus 609 (€ 1.35 one way) to Av. Luisa Todi.

- Train (Fertagus): 50 min. from Rome / Areeiro | 4,35 € one way | the train stops at Setúbal station which is 20 min. walk from the house. You can take the bus 609 (€ 1.35 one way) or a taxi (up to € 4.50).

- Car: 40 min. via the A2 (25 de Abril Bridge) or A12 (Vasco da Gama Bridge).
