Location spot on great beach views across the road massive beach dog loved it! 2 house issues promptly sorted by host JonJack Russell gave resident rabbit plenty of exercise in the garden.Plenty of local shops and eateries Bus service great and local walk along esplanade very good

Excellent stay at Cliff Cottage

We had an excellent stay at Cliff Cottage. it is well located with very easy access to the beach and walking distance to the shops. The rooms were spacious and lovely outdoor space. Highly recommended.

Stunning location enjoyed by all generations

Look forward to planned renovations to the kitchen and bathrooms. Water pressure was an issue in upstairs bathroom could not flush toilet easily or run a full bath. That said views from all rooms at front of house were outstanding enjoyed every day .Outdoor furniture was great. Master bed very comfotable. parking was was very generous and a major bonus for a relaxing stay. Made use of warm outdoor shower which was great.

The water pressure will be looked at when doing the winter refurb and extensions. I imagine that the system was challenged if many people were showering at the same time.

Wonderful beach holiday in charming house

Another wonderful holiday in this charming house set in its own private garden. Plenty of room inside and out, and plenty of parking. It is very close to both the main Woolacombe beach and the two more enclosed beaches round the corner. Very close to the bars and shops of the village. The heated outdoor showers are a real bonus for washing off after the beach. Beautiful views across the bay. Only reason I haven’t yet booked here for next year is it wasn’t ‘live’, but Holiday Home Hunter were very helpful and I have booked definite dates for another property - but will definitely be keeping an eye on this house again!

Wonderful

We hadn’t been to Cliff Cottage before but had walked past it many times. It didn’t disappoint. The views are magnificent from the house and from the large front garden’s seating areas. The house was well furnished, clean and comfortable. If I was being picky I would say that the kitchen cupboards could do with a refresh but the appliances were top notch. We spent a wonderful week here and hope to return.

Stunning view and well equipped, comfortable cottage

As an 80th birthday present, my parents couldn’t have been happier. Revisiting Cliff Cottage after 38 years brought memories flooding back and formed some new ones too. The view is as stunning as ever but with the added bonus of large windows and two outside seating areas, making the most of the spectacular location. The cottage is spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a self-catering trip. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the shower is amazing - welcome after a dip in the sea. Holiday Home Hunters were fantastic to book through. Responsive, so helpful and really went out of their way to accommodate us. Additionally, the housekeepers were kind enough to go to extra effort for a last minute request which was so appreciated. All in all a fabulous trip and birthday treat.

Yet another fabulous week in Cliff Cottage

We had a brilliant holiday in the Cliff Cottage once again…….the grandchildren just love it…..as do the adults. The views and it’s close proximity to the beach are amazing……although us “oldies” will be very glad when the cafe building work is completed and the other beach access is open again! There is plenty of space both inside the house and in the garden, There is also off road parking for three/four cars, a real bonus. The outside showers and adjacent utility room are extremely useful when coming in from the beach and there is ample space for drying wet suits and boards. By far the best holiday house in Woolacombe.....we will be back again! We have been holidaying in Woolacombe for many, many years and the agents, Holiday Home Hunter, are very professional, very helpful and respond to queries promptly.

Excellent property for a family beach holiday, fantastic position on the Esplanade (although those overnight camper vans should be moved on) and unrivalled sea views over Woolacombe Sands.

Best view in Woolacombe

Cliff Cottage has one of the best positions and best views in Woolacombe. The whole stay is enhanced by looking out across the wide bay of Woolacombe to Baggy Point, both when sitting inside and when enjoying the extensive outdoor space.

Excellent location, within a few minutes walk to both beach and amenities. Wonderful views (even if currently slightly obstructed by current construction activities to beach cafe. Well equipped but some of the downstairs soft furnishings need updating.

Beautiful cottage

We had a fantastic time staying at cliff cottage. As a family we’ve stayed in Woolacombe before, but staying at cliff cottage made the holiday so much more enjoyable this year. The cottage had so much space for us all. There were beautiful views. There was everything we could possibly need inside, and we loved the extra touches in the kitchen. Would 10 out of 10 recommend this to anyone who asked, what a beautiful place to stay.

Fantastic house in a stunning location

We’ve just returned from a wonderful week staying at Cliff Cottage and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing coastal getaway. The location is absolutely excellent, perfectly situated on the esplanade with beautiful sea views and easy access to everything nearby. It was ideal for morning walks, evenings by the seafront, and simply enjoying the atmosphere. The cottage itself was very well equipped, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a week-long stay. The facilities were thoughtfully provided and made it feel like a real home from home. What really stood out was the customer service. Incredibly responsive, helpful, and quick to deal with anything we needed during our stay. It made a huge difference knowing support was so efficient and friendly. Overall, a fantastic stay in a brilliant location, with excellent service throughout. We would definitely return.

Cliff cottage

A very enjoyable stay at Cliff Cottage. The location of the property and its proximity to the beach and village were perfect. The cottage is simply furnished and very spacious. The lovely wraparound garden and outside space was a real bonus and perfect for our needs with an elderly relative and two dogs.

Great location in a comfortable house

We had a wonderful holiday at Cliff Cottage, the house had glorious views, but set back from the road. The balcony was a lovely place to sit and see the sunsets. The house is very spacious, the beds gloriously comfortable, excellent shower and very well equipped kitchen. Great to have a safe and secure garden for the dog. Overall a lovely stay, thank you ! Will be back

Family Holiday

Perfect location and lovely house. Space enough in the living rooms for 6 adults, 9 month old granddaughter and a 3 year old fur baby who loved the bunnies in the garden. The parking area has plenty of space and easily accommodated our 3 cars. Already book again for next year.

Another lovely family holiday

Once again a very enjoyable holiday in this “cottage” in a super location. Ideal for the younger family members - beach,sea and walking and us “oldies” sitting on the terrace watching the world go by! The property is not luxurious but has all that you need for a very relaxing time and even the changeable weather didn’t detract from this. Have already booked again !

Just what we hoped for.

The property is a little tired, especially the kitchen but the view along Woolacombe sands makes up for the properties short comings. The master bedroom is very comfortable with a great view and we had a wonderful week.

Brilliant Location

Cliff Cottage is in a brilliant location in Woolacombe with stunning views of the beach, rolling waves, and hills beyond. It was so easy and quick to go out for walks with the dog (who also loved the safe, secure garden). The cottage itself is generally comfortable and welcoming, an easy space for a relaxing holiday. Some aspects could do with a 'refresh' but in the end this did not distract from a good time. The team at Holiday Home Hunter were excellent: prompt and responsive in all communications. Thank you.
