Large swimming pool of 10m by 4m, independent SPA for 5 people, large shaded terrace with barbecue and large area around the pool.
The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you would need (oven, microwave, steam oven, kettle, nespresso machine, toaster etc ...)
The villa is quiet although only 2 minutes by car from the city center.
The ground is entirely enclosed by walls of clapas (dry stone), the courtyard can accommodate many vehicles.
The gate is electric and has an intercom
You will have at your disposal a table football, a ping pong table, board games and a library.
The cleaning lady comes 2 times 3 hours a week (this includes cleaning on departure).
The linen is provided.

The historic cities of Uzes, Ales and Arles are a 20-minute drive away.
The house is for rent per fortnight, from Saturday to Saturday.
The deposit is 3000 euros by check not cashed.
