This property was everything we had hoped for. The views were spectacular, the decor tasteful and comfortable, and the arrangement of the house worked well for a family of 8. (6 adults, 4yrs and newborn).The kayaks were great fun, and the beachside location was fantastic.

This property is quite a find. Better than described. Perfect location and kept to a high standard. Kingsand and Cawsand are gorgeous little villages. We walked for miles along the coastal path. Swimming off the little beach was idyllic. Amanda great at communicating details. Can't recommend highly enough.

Beautiful beach front house with fantastic views across the bay. Well equipped and ideally situated for scenic walks and water sports. Cawsand and Kingsand have several good pubs/cafes which you can walk to. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing property and location

What an amazing stay in this hidden location in Cornwall! The accommodation was clean, beautiful, relaxing and had the most amazing views! We will definitely be staying again!

A truly wonderful home in a special place. The house was beautiful, with amazing views, and well equipped for a family holiday. The village is lovely, unspoilt but with a few lovely pubs (the devonport is a must-visit) and shops. Great communication from Amanda who also recommended things she heard were on during our stay. We would love to return one day.

A beautiful and very comfortable place to stay

Just perfect in every way. Comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, well equipped, in a perfect location with wonderful views and in a beautiful unspoilt village. Parking in public car park is very easy and close by. Looking forward to returning in May.

We had a fantastic week….Cawsand is an absolute delight, and this property is beautiful…..amazing views, everything you could wish for in the house….just a few yards to the beach.

Wonderful stay!

We spent a long weekend in Kingsands to celebrate our Father’s 60th birthday and the house did not disappoint. The views were great, the house inside was beautiful and had everything we needed! We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be returning soon!

A charming house, with a stunning waterfront setting in a lovely village. We really enjoyed our time in Cawsand. The combination of immediate access to the sea, the beaches, the village facilities (which are great, especially the Bakery) and the South West Coast Path, were exactly what were looking for. As a party of 8 adults, staying for a full week, we found 2 of the bedrooms a bit on the tight side, particularly in terms of storage space for clothing etc. A bit of ingenuity could help with that? We knew in advance about the potential issues with vehicle access to the house and car parking, but we were well prepared to work round them, and on the whole they proved to be less of an issue than we had expected. We parked in the Cawsand car park rather than the closer (but much more expensive) Kingsand one for 10.70 for the whole week using the JustPark app; and it’s only a couple of hundred yards further to walk. What we hadn’t anticipated was that our Tesco delivery driver would be too timid to drive his van up Garrett Street (when Amazon, the Bakery suppliers and several local builders were cheerfully driving through with significantly bigger vehicles with no trouble at all…!) and then he then told us that because of the extreme heat (28 degrees at the actual time of the delivery!) it was against Tesco’s “rules” for him to push our shopping the last hundred yards up the street to the house on his barrow, and so asked four 70(ish) ladies to do it instead…! DONT use Tesco’s!

We had a family stay at this property in August this year. The property is gorgeous and exactly as stated on the site. It is beautifully clean and very tastefully furnished with plenty of room for us all to relax. We managed to swim in the sea several times but were unfamiliar with the tides and missed the sand for the younger members of our group . The area is very quiet with breathtaking walks if you like that sort of and close to the pedestrian ferry to Plymouth which we took . I thoroughly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed !

Excellent property in a fabulous village

Spacious, clean and very well equipped property. Host communication was timely and infirmation provided very helpful. The village is excellent and the views of the village and sea from the property are second to none. Would definitely stay again.

School house

Beautiful house which is very well maintained and ideally situated to explore Cornwall. Great location to enjoy swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. Easy access to Plymouth via Cawsand ferry. All in all a great holiday.
