Beautiful detached house with recent renovation located in the heart of Salento in particular in the characteristic village of San Cassiano, its central location offers tourists and travelers the opportunity to choose numerous holiday destinations but all very close, such as Castro, Tricase Porto, Santa Cesarea Terme, Porto Badisco, Otranto and many other places to visit and enjoy all year round.

On the Salento coast it is possible to carry out numerous activities such as Water skiing, Jet-Skiing, Swimming, Cycling, Tennis, Golf, Scuba diving, Snorkeling, Water sports, Windsurfing and Fishing.
The central position of the house also allows you to enjoy the numerous cultural and food and wine initiatives such as festivals, tastings, events that are organized throughout the year in the very characteristic Salento villages and located a few km from the sea.

The house has two very large bedrooms with historic floors and beautiful vaults of exposed Lecce stone, each bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. Two more extra beds are guaranteed by the new and very comfortable sofa bed located in the living room, plus the house has a kitchen, two bathrooms, washing machine, TV, air conditioning and radiators.
You will enjoy a unique experience given by the historic floors of the house and by falling asleep on new mattresses and furniture with the view of the large and typical Lecce vaults enhanced with LED projection headlights.

It will also be possible to enjoy an outdoor area connected to the house, very private of 50 square meters with shower and table. Please note that breakfast and linen washing service is not included, but will be supplied clean on the first day of the holiday. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
