Detached light-filled Guesthouse on 1/3 of an acre, 3 blocks from downtown Central Point. This 420 sqft space is perfect for 1-2 guests. The Guesthouse is just three short blocks from the Rogue Creamery, The Rogue Grape Tasting Room, Lille Belle Farms Chocolates, and the Coquette Bakery. Jacksonville is 6 miles away, and Ashland is under 20 miles away. Southern Oregon is filled with playhouses and the Shakespeare Festival, impeccable wine, delicious local restaurants, numerous rivers, and miles of wilderness. The new hot tub is a few steps away. HOT TUB CLOSED until mid-September 2025. Come enjoy!

We loved our short stay. A quick easy walk to downtown for coffee, shopping. The studio was perfectly equipped and we felt very at home.

Perfect for a mom's getaway. Quiet, convenient & reasonably priced. The owners/hosts were easy to work with and so helpful. Just a great place for quiet time away.And this was within walking distance to cute boutiques and shops in Central Point as well as the Rogue Creamery!

The kitchen was the bestbpart of the home...hot tub was hard to find w no communication...i understand now there is no tv..but should be posted on site...also.. the ANTS!!!! Thousands of sugar ants.. Needless to say for 100 dollars it worth its money...we wont be back.I am yellping about the stay.Athena

Thank you for your review. Reviewing your limited communications, you did not ask about the hot tub or how to access it. The tub is a short walk through the gate into the backyard, which guests are always welcome to use, especially if they have dogs. Correct, there is no TV. It is not listed/checked anywhere on our amenities intentionally. I'm sorry you missed that detail when you booked. We'll add a note where possible so future guests don't assume there is a TV. I'm terribly sorry about the ants. Had we been notified, we would have acted immediately, as we are very responsive to guests' needs and we live on-site.

Lots of amenities, close walk to town, you can get to the green belt within about 3/4 mile. Nice fenced yard for our pup.

Everything was very thoughtfully included. Hot tub was delightful except we could not control any of the features as the display was broken. I would absolutely stay here again.

I don't understand the 4-star review, considering you left the guesthouse completely dirty and trashed. You stained the rug, burned the teapot, left incense ash on the toilet, and left makeup everywhere, and it was generally dirty everywhere.

This was just what we needed as our halfway point of our trip. Area was quiet and close torestaurants. L9ved our stay here. It was a very hot day, but we were able to remain cool here.

Great get away

The house was a perfect place to stage out of for a week with friends, morel hunting and enjoying the Rouge valley. Having access to a full kitchen was a huge boon and made for some great evenings and dinners.

Perfect place to stay for hiking

Sweet little cottage

Very lovely and well thought out accommodation. Quiet and private. Lots of nice organic soaps and products provided along with coffee, tea, and some breakfast bars. Nice walkable neighborhood to cute little downtown area.

Nice Studio Close to Everything

This is a really great spot to stay. I was attending a wedding in Central pPoint. Lots of wineries close by, hiking trails, and of course you can get into town pretty easily. Beautiful spots to enjoy the river are within minutes. There’s even a couple stores and restaurants that you can walk to. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy stay with everything a person could want

The apartment it's very tasteful and supplies every need for people and dogs alike. I've never stayed anywhere that left doggy treats and toys and bowls. The assortment of books and travel brochures is great.

Cute pet-friendly cottage

Stay was great, place is very cozy and cute, and welcoming for my dogs (and so clean you wouldn't know they allow dogs). Owners are on site and were great--available but not intrusive.
