El Real de San Vicente House (7 rooms)

It is a large house distributed on two floors. It is about 800 meters from the town center, with asphalted access. The villa is inside a private estate.

The chalet is surrounded by large patios, with garden areas and areas with natural grass. This house is one of the houses of the complejoruralelmeson group. com.

This chalet and the farm, is for the exclusive use of the guests and they share nothing with other guests.

The total capacity of the house is 30 people. It has a barbecue with a wood oven, with a lot of capacity to serve large groups. (Firewood not included)

We have two seasonal pools, one with salt water and one with fresh chlorinated water.
There are two large porches with terrace tables and chairs for all guests of the house.
There are two electronic targets, basketball basket, badminton net. From the house there are several hiking trails and BBT bike.

There is private parking for guests.

The distribution of the house is as follows:

Low level:

- Room number 1 with two single beds of 90 cm.
- Room number 2 with a double bed of 150 cm.
- Room number 3 with a 135 cm double bed.
- Very large living room with 4 double sofa beds (there is a screen to have more privacy at bedtime), dining table, wood stove, LCD TV, direct access to the patio and pool, next to the kitchen.
- American kitchen open to the living room (usually guests use the kitchen on the first floor). It is fully equipped with utensils for all guests.
- 2 large bathrooms with shower (one is in the room area and the other is in the pool area, next to the house). They have shower towels, sink and toilet paper included for all guests.

First floor:

- Room number 4 with two single beds of 90 cm and two single sofa beds.
- Room number 5 with two single beds of 90 cm and a single sofa bed.
- Room number 6 with a double bed of 150 cm.
- Room with a double bed of 150 cm and a single bed of 90 cm.
- Very large living room with 2 double sofa beds, dining tables, wood stove, LCD TV, direct access to the patio and pool, is next to the kitchen.
- 3 large bathrooms with shower located next to the rooms. They have shower towels, sink and toilet paper included for all guests.
- Very large American kitchen open to the living room. It is fully equipped with utensils for all guests, large refrigerator (there are three refrigerators in total throughout the house), induction hob, dishwasher (products included), electric oven, microwave, toaster, blender, etc. Cleaning products included. From the kitchen you can exit to a terrace overlooking the patio and the mountain.

The two floors leave at street level, so there are no exterior stairs.

The house is ideal for large groups, families, business meetings.
