The completely independent apartment is part of a farmhouse immersed in the Monferrato countryside and offers absolute tranquility, a unique panorama and a relaxing holiday experience in the countryside.
The 65 sqm apartment, just renovated, is located on the ground floor, overlooking 2.000 sqm of enclosed garden and consists of a living room with a two-seater sofa bed, a kitchen, a spacious double bedroom with armchair additional bed, a bathroom with shower.

For breakfast we will be happy to let you discover, if you want, a basket of packaged products and Km 0 perfect for starting the day, so be sure to tell us about your habits and food needs so that we can offer you the best.
You will find in the accommodation bed linen, towels and table linen in a kitchen equipped with everything.

All animals are welcome! Not just dog and cat! also rabbits, ferrets, birds and minipig ...
When you decide to stay with us for a few days, tell us something about them by email so we can set up the house to welcome them. The farmhouse is the home of many animals so guest dogs must be kept on a leash. They can be kept free only if the owners are present, whose sensitivity depends on the respect and tranquility of the other guests and pets.

The stay can be combined with one or more ethological advice meetings for dogs and cats, short education courses, educational walks, moments of ethological study according to your needs.

A short distance away is Alfiano Natta, with all the services. At about 5 km there is Moncalvo, a small town but not without attractions and events in every season of the year. Asti is 18 km away, Turin 76 km away, Alba and the Langhe 50 km away.

The accommodation, completely independent, is part of a farmhouse surrounded by the countryside of Monferrato and offers absolute tranquility, a unique panorama and a relaxing holiday experience in the countryside. The apartment, renovated in 2018, is located on the ground floor, overlooking 2,000 square meters of enclosed garden. Consisting of a living room with a sofa bed for two, kitchen, spacious double bedroom with an extra bed and a bathroom with shower. Bedlinen, table linen and towels.
For breakfast we will be happy to provide a basket of provisions to start the day. Just let us know what you would like.
