PLEASE NOTE from October 2019 the gîte will be under construction: the first floor will be fitted out to offer 3 bedrooms, an additional bathroom and a toilet. The downstairs will be renovated: the kitchen completely redone for an integrated kitchen, a dining room of 70 m2. Capacity of the gîte 6 people.
The renovated gite will be available from August 8, 2020 with changed rates.

Authentic white stone house located on a hill in the small village of Mauroux with a view of a lake.
You will be charmed by the soothing landscape of the fields and the lake. Immersed in the Gers countryside you can relax and enjoy the gastronomy and culture of the Region.
The cottage is composed of a central corridor serving a large kitchen where sits a large rustic stone fireplace (with stove for winter), a cozy living room with two sofas including a sofa, two bedrooms, a bathroom with Italian shower and bath, and a Wc.
The house is also equipped with a baby cot with bars, a high chair, a changing table and a small bathtub.
On the garden side you will have a large table, a parasol and a charcoal barbecue.
A swimming pool (4m / 6m, 1.2m deep), surrounded by a large wooden terrace, is at your disposal. It is private and is linked to the cottage.
The cottage is located in a hamlet of 3 houses, one of which is also for seasonal rental.
Free wifi internet access.
In high season rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
