The Space:
A comfortable apartment, in a quiet neighborhood, on the 3rd floor, with panoramic views of the city and the mountain.
Next to the large park with the open-air museum of railways, 500m from the sea, near the big beach and the city center.
A tastefully decorated area provides all the modern amenities to give you moments of enjoyment and tranquility.
It features an open-plan living-kitchen area, with a large terrace with panoramic views of the park and the city, two spacious bedrooms fitted with double beds, a spacious bright bathroom with shower and a WC. An extra bed is available on the living room that can hots on extra guest.
The living room is equipped with a TV and a comfortable seating area to offer you moments of relaxation.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals with local produce. It also has a large fridge and a table to enjoy your meals
A washing machine is available in the apartment.
The house also includes an air condition!
On the large balcony you will enjoy tranquil moments with your drink overlooking the mountain.

The Neighborhood:
Next to the Marina, the picturesque harbour and the large park with the award-winning open-air museum of the railway, just 10min walking distance from the sandy beach and 1km from the city centre.
You can visit the public swimming pool at 600m and very close you will find the municipal public areas for your sports.
Very close to the site there is a bus stop in all directions of the city and the suburbs.
In front of the house you will find S/M and very close cafés, fish taverns, traditional shops with local products and municipal sports centres.
The city has large cycling paths for the people you want to enjoy walks by the beach and the downtown.
Visit the historic center (1.5 km) with its picturesque streets, the Museums (Archaeological, Folk, Military, Archaeological, Benaki Museum, etc), the Venetian Castle (2.5 km) traditional taverns.
The distance from the city's international airport is at 9 km.
Kalamata has plenty of large beaches (sandy and with pebbles) that will satisfy even the most demanding visitor.

The lacy beaches of Almyros (5 km), Mikri Mantineia (7 km), Paleochora (9 km), Akrogiali (9.5 km), Santova (10 km) and Kitries (13 km) with the picturesque harbor in a wonderful seaside route with many still beaches, with cafes, fish taverns and bars for nightlife.
With a daily short trip, you will find the characteristic seaside villages of Mani, Kardamili (34 km), Stoupa (41 km), Agios Nikolaos (44 km), Agios Dimitrios (50 km) and Trachila (51 km) with homonymous beaches , as well as the famous nearby beaches of Delphinia (34km), Fonea (39km), Kalogria (40km) and Pantazi (46km).
Visit the archaeological area of Ancient Thourias (15 km), Ancient Messene (29 km), the beautiful Venetian castles of Koroni (58 km), Methoni (62 km) and Pylos (52 km) with their beautiful beaches, (59 km) and Gold sandy beach (61 km), the Polilimnion waterfalls (39 km) and the palaces of Nestor (59 km), the waterfalls of Gialova with the famous beach of Voidokilia (59 km).
