THREE-ROOM APARTMENT WITH BALCONY are apartments on the first floor of the main building. The apartment is spread over 2 levels. The entrance leads to the living room with dining area (the kitchen has a 4-zone hob, oven, fridge and freezer, as well as all the necessary utensils) and kitchenette, TV and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, bedroom
matrimonial. A staircase leads to the lower floor where there is another double bedroom. The living room leads to both the terrace (about 20 m2) furnished with table, chairs, umbrella. It is equipped with air conditioning available with a supplement of € 11.00 per day and mosquito nets in all rooms.

THE VILLAGE

Antico Borgo Casalappi is an authentic stone village of the '900 completely renovated with care to preserve its warmth and character. It consists of 42 apartments and covers eight hectares near the main house and the castle. The old buildings have been restored with different volumes, shapes and position depending on the use in respect of the original Tuscan tradition, maintaining the same charm of stone tiles, bricks and clay roof.
