The lovely country house for holiday rentals near Arezzo is spread over two floors furnished in classic Tuscan style and can accommodate up to 8 persons.
Beautiful old farmhouse set in a lovely position on the hills around the old medieval town of Castiglion Fiorentino that also has Roman origins. Dominated by its ancient tower the town today is full of shops and services. The owners have carefully restored the house with tuscan and rustic style and furnished it to a high level of comfort and elegance. Overlooking the Val di Chio, Fonte Vinaglia is a lovely place to relax and have a restful vacation.

The farmhouse is surrounded by a huge wood of about 7 hectares and an olive grove of about 3 hectares. The spacious grounds of the villa are totally fenced with plenty of shade thanks to rich greenery consisting of cypresses, chestnut trees and gorgeous oak trees. Our country house with panoramic swimming pool with dimensions 5 x 12 meters and depth from 120 cm to 140 cm, with hydromassage corner, has also a playground for children, hammocks and benches, a gazebo with sofas and a gazebo with a dining table looking out over the valley, ping pong table and a barbecue for cooking delicious meals.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
GROUND FLOOR: large sitting-dining room with kitchenette and large stone fireplace, bathroom with shower, storeroom; large multifunctional room with gym, ping pong table, children's area, laundry and table football.
FIRST FLOOR: connecting room with sofa bed, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower and tub, double bedroom. First floor access is via an outside staircase and a loggia with lovely views or by an internal wooden staircase.
EQUIPMENT: washing machine, Espresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, freezer, oven, high chair, mosquito nets, iron and iron board, Wi-Fi Internet access, satellite TV, air conditioning.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
- use of bicycles for adults and children;
- possibility to taste and buy the extra virgin olive oil produced by the Fonte Vinaglia farm;
- thanks to the agreements signed with some structures in the Castiglion Fiorentino area, we offer you the opportunity to carry out multiple activities, including: hiking, use of stable and culinary experiences in local restaurants.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms Euro 0,60 per kwh (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5,00 each per day.
Tourist tax: €2.50 per person per day for 7 days. (Excludes children under 14, disabled guests and their companions with specific medical certification, and university students with a valid student ID.)
