-Towels, toilet paper, shampoo & shower gel provided.
-Cooking oil, salt and flavoured pepper for light cooking.

-Opposite the condo at less than 100m there is grocery shop with cafe.
-About 3 mins drive to city centre (Off peak hour)
-About 6 mins walk to Likas Bay / Tanjung Lipat Beach
-About 500m, there is fishing, jogging, skating, cycling lane with exercise equipments & children playground at Likas Bay
-About 6 mins walk up to the hill behind the building, there are restaurants (French, Chinese, Japanese & Italy Food)
-About 30 mins walk to City Centre or about 2.6km to the nearest shopping mall - Suria Sabah Mall.
-About 30 mins walk to jetty where you can take a ferry to few selected islands
-About 5 mins walk to bus stop outside the condo or simply call a cab / taxi / use Grab or My Car e-hailing (also known as Uber at other countries) apps service for other means of transportation.
