This is outstanding four bedroom villa located in the heart of Kapparis, on a quiet seafront, only 100 meters from the beach and 300 meters local amenities. This villa oozes style, luxury and comfort. As you walk in, there is a spacious living area with two sets of doors leading out to the swimming pool and offering a beautiful sea view. A large and fully equipped kitchen will satisfy all cooking lovers. Upstairs is the family bathroom with four good sized bedrooms of which two have double beds, en-suite toilets with shower rooms and joined balcony to enjoy late afternoon with unobstructed sea view. This villa will definitely provide unforgettable holiday for everyone.

Fantastic 2 weeks.

We had a great 2 weeks staying here over Easter. We were blessed with great weather although the pool was very cold. Location of the villa was perfect with the beach, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. As a party of 6 there was plenty of space. Only slight grumble was the bbq wasn’t fit for purpose and the pans in the kitchen were small when cooking for 6 which included 4 very hungry teenagers. Would definitely return to this property again.

Cyprus vacation

Our stay at Oceania villa was exceptional. We had just a couple of minor issues that were dealt with right away. The property management individual we dealt with was courteous and professional. The location was excellent. I have nothing negative to say about our stay. I would highly recommend this villa and I will book it again next time I am in Cyprus.

Great stay at Villa Oceania.

Great location and beautiful villa. The house is located in a very quiet area and close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We where 4 families staying at Villa Oceania for 8 nights and it was perfect for us. The villa is 2 minutes away from a beautiful beach. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, two of the bedrooms with a beautiful large balcony facing the sea. Large dining table inside and outside and a very big kitchen. Self cleaning pool with sun-beds and umbrella. This is the 3rd time booking with them and I highly recommend Villas2let as they are amazing hosts.

Lovely villa in a great area

Nice spacious villa. We were a party of 7 with ages ranging from 11 to 66 and there was plenty of room for us all. The bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds and good aircon. Always hot water for showers etc. The outdoor space is also very good and the pool is excellent, we all made good use of it. The nearest beach is only a few minutes walk away and there a number of them along the coast, all with nice shallow water. Kapparis is a nice quiet resort but still has a number of bars/restaurants to choose from and a few supermarkets, all within a 15 minute walk from the villa. Paralimni, Protaras and Ayia Napa are all easily reached by bus. There is no need to hire a car unless you want to explore further afield. Communication with Villas2let was easy and straightforward. Overall, we had a great holiday and would recommend Villas2let and this villa.

Fab Villa, and great customer service from letting agent

Had a great two week stay with family (4 adults, 3 children). The villa is spacious and well equipped. The indoor and outdoor furniture must have been recently replaced with good quality items (sofas, beds, chairs etc.), as well as a new fridge/freezer. We had a few issues that we reported to the letting agent (villas2let) just before 9am one day and had maintenance engineer round by 11am the same day to fix some items (toilet fan) and others came round the following days (palm tree branches). There were a couple of things that could be improved but this are relatively minor: provide a BBQ, repair pool light, remove broken fridge, remove spare/broken tiles stacked at back of property, connect the shaver sockets. Having said all of this we would thoroughly recommend the villa and are looking forward to returning in the future.

We have just returned from 2 weeks. The villa is beautiful with air con throughout , views of the sea, 200 yards from a great beach and a wonderful big overflow swimming pool. The villa is not brand new so yes there is some wear and tear. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets within walking distance. Protaras is a taxi ride away. I have to say the maintenance team are superb, we had a couple of small issues which were dealt with the same day. Overall a great stay is a loverly villa.

A little worn out and loud

The villa was in no way luxurious but nice. Definately needs some renovation. Some tiles were broken, there were cigarettes from the previous guests under a sunbed, the dishwashers’s lower lever got off the trail every time you opened it etc. Also the front gate doors did not work and once we informed about that, two guys came a few days later but could not fix it and the next fixers never came. There are many villas arounf this one and some of them had party groups who played loud music until early morning. Also, there is a restaurant closeby which plays live music until 23 or 24 and you cannot sleep before it ends. On the plus side, the grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance.

A great villa for holidays by the sea/pool!

A very nice villa with a nice pool and garden. A few things need improvement (e.g. general building repairs and better lighting for dining outside), but these do not affect the overall experience. Housekeeping responded extremely fast to all our requests. Many thanks.

Was perfect holidays

We rented both with villas near each to other - Tessa and Oceania. Very nice location, near to beach. Perfect houses with 4 bedrooms, everything very clean. Not so far supermarket Metro, near great Taverna's and some local shops. We was very big company, and it was perfect holiday week. Thank you Villas2let, your are very polite and helpful.

Nice villa with good pool

The villa has good location and nice view. Some of the things should be renovated (for example, Wi-Fi is poor, the shower stall on the second floor is leaking, bad sink drain, some pool tiles are missing, pool blinds are not working, the gate doesn't close well and so on). And the staff must check it all before the tenants arrive. On my arrival I had found out that some lamps burned out, after my call they were changed next day, but such easy check up might be made before my arrival. In other aspects willa is good and well equiped, the pool is large and deep (up to 2 meters), the beach is in 3 minutes.

Really nice place with beautiful view

The place is really nice with beautiful view from the balcony. The service was great. The location was perfect, about 10 min. walk from the beach and close from supermarket, bakery and many restaurants.
