The residence
In this first-row luxury beach villa, everything stands out in one class. Everywhere there is underfloor heating and electric remote controlled curtains in the kitchen, basement and living room. The house is furnished so that you enter directly into the large kitchen area with a view to the staggered living room with panoramic view as well as the activity room in the basement, which feels like part of the other dwelling due to glass walls and doors. To the left is the first bathroom with shower.

From the kitchen, the distribution hallway to the right follows the room ward. In the hallway there are special sensor-activated night lights and north-facing skylights with electrically operated blackout blinds. First you will find a practical utility room with washing facilities, after which two rooms are connected to an exquisite bathroom with bathtub and shower.

At the end of the hallway, an obvious parent section unfolds with an en suite bedroom as well as a walk-in closet.

In the basement there is a sofa bed with two sleeping places with its own exit to the wooden terrace facing the water. Part of the floor in the living room is glass, and this is also where a large cozy mattress with two beds is located. In addition, there are two small double beds (140 cm) in the two rooms. In the bedroom are the last two beds of a regular size double bed.

In the kitchen you will find Quooker, steam oven, two pyrolysis ovens, built-in espresso machine, induction cooking zone and two dishwashers.

With regard. dining areas there is a long dining table with seating for min. 10 chairs and two bar stools at the kitchen table. In the kitchen there is all the service.

In the utility room there is a washer and dryer as well as a microwave.

Outdoor:
From the kitchen-living room, via the Lacuna folding door, you can open up to the 250 square meter wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue - with the green lawn and blue water as a unique background. From the terrace there are approx. 30 meters to the water's edge.

Other things worth noting
We have a cat (Molly) who has a cat limb in the basement where it goes in and out. It is used to move throughout the house, but of course you decide during your stay - otherwise you can close the door to the basement. If there is anyone using the sofa bed in the basement, they should just be aware that they can be accompanied by a cat ... During your stay, we ask you to make sure Molly has food and water - of course, we bring food to fulfill.
