Right on the beach with loads of great restaurants and bars to enjoy . The host communicates very well and is really helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Great comms. Would be 5 stars. Towels were bit hard. Clear apartment number (block) would of been good. Great location if you like Padel. Local pádel club is awesome.

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the towels we will look into finding a solution so the towels aren't so hard. The numbering of the blocks is out of our control however. It is handled by the administration of the urbanisation. We will however pass the feedback on to them.

What a lovely apartment in a great location and in a very secure development!

We stayed here over Christmas as a family and we were so happy with our choice. The apartment had a great heating system, so important for a winter rental and was very well appointed both inside and out. We felt very much at home. The outside terrace was perfect with views overlooking the sea. There were so many beach side restaurants and bars that we struggled to visit them all and San Pedro town, which was a 10 minute walk away, was also packed with more great bars and cafes and restaurants. We will definitely be back, particularly as Thomas manages the property so well and makes sure that his clients are looked after. Thank you for a brilliant trip!

The property is in a great location, close to the beach promenade. There are lots of lovely places to eat and a small shop within 1k walk into San Pedro. The pool and grounds were well kept. The lifeguards were very strict in relation to use of floats and balls especially with English speaking guests. The Spanish guests were ok to use these- which we found irritating. We had a lovely holiday.

Christmas in San Pedro

What a lovely apartment in a great location and in a very secure development! We stayed here over Christmas as a family and we were so happy with our choice. A very modern apartment in a great location

We loved the apartment so big and airy. The large balcony was fabulous with plenty of seating areas. It was very well equipped, location was great in the complex We stayed for 3 weeks and these are just little things I would suggest. Extra bed linen as we had to wash the only ones on the bed several times. Extra wardrobe space we did not have enough in two of the bedrooms. Outside area was tidy when we arrived but on inspection floor was not cleaned properly we had to hose down ourselves. Some of the nights the noise from the beach had us awake but not to sure you can do anything about this.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately since last year we haven't been able to hose down the terraces due to the restrictions in place because of the drought. Also you had an early access the day you arrived the apartment was cleaned the day before so between in the 24 hours in between sweeping and mopping the terrace and you arriving they did get dusty. Yes the summer months do bring more outdoor evening events and that is out of our control I'm afraid. The apartments facing outwards will hear the noise more than the apartments further in the urbanisation.

Mooi, ruim appartement op top locatie

Appartement ziet eruit als op de foto's, ligging is perfect, straat en boulevard over en je staat op het strand. Veel verschillende eetgelegenheden en strandtenten met bedjes of parasols.Contact verliep soepel en snel via mail en bij aankomst via telefoon. Uitgebreide rondleiding gekregen binnen tot en met de parkeerplaats in de ondergrondse garage. Prima uitgerust appartement voor 6 volwassenen en groot genoeg met de 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. Terras ook lekker ruim om te loungen of te eten. Prima uitvalbasis om de omgeving te verkennen, met veel goede restaurants in de nabijheid.

Esta genial

El apartamento es tal como sale en las fotos. No le falta detalle. La urbanización también fantástica y la piscina ideal. El anfitrión muy amable y la comunicación en todo momento ha sido rápida. Todo de 10. Lo peor la playa, que no es para estar con niños, aunque tiene sus duchas, aseos, socorristas...y está muy todo, pero es de piedras y no es cómoda, a no ser que se quiera para ir a tomar el sol.
