Comfortable and bright three-room apartment on the ground floor, in a hilly area 10 minutes by car from the center and the sea. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes and appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, induction plates, microwave and oven. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is equipped with wifi, washing machine, air conditioning and swimming pool. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels and night linen for the entire duration of your stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment. Take care, you are welcome!

The apartment is accessible by stairs only.

A deposit of €250 is required to be deposited in cash or by credit card for any damage to the apartment upon check-in. The refund of the cash will be made upon check-out after checking the apartment and the cancellation of the pre-authorization within 7 days of check-out.

The apartment has a private garage that can also be closed wherever you want to place your bikes.
